Do NOT go here if you value your health. There are frequently maskless and therefore dangerous individuals here and the manager (who I personally asked) said he refuses to get involved, that he “understands both sides”, and that he under no circumstances will ask someone to leave or even ask them to wear a mask. I am APPALLED. This is the most scientifically illiterate and antiquated stance of any establishment I’ve been to in months. I will not be returning and I suggest you do the same for your health and safety. Further, the manager has actively and continually decided to err on the side of danger and is allowing the few (the maskless) to endanger the many (the masked). With the new strains of COVID-19, this position is more ignorant and dangerous than ever. This is not an establishment that deserves our money because it is intentionally not keeping us as safe S possible.

Arrived close to closing time so I didn't encounter crazy parking lot traffic or people without 😷 facemasks inside. There is a sign at the doors stating facemasks must be worn before entering. Inside reminded me of the Lee Market Basket. I 🤔 think they serve pizza 🍕, but, it might be delivered to the store. Bakery 🧁 available. Service was good. Touchless payment option available. Clean inside. I didn't use the bathroom so I have no opinion on what shape it's in. 24 hr RedBOX BOX outside near entrance/exit. When it's 8pm, the entrance is locked 🔐. You have been warned:-). You can't check in whenever you want, but, you can always leave! You can see the top of the NH Capital building from the parking 🅿️ lot.

Not expecting masks to be worn in the store is putting everyone at risk. Today while in the Fort Eddy store, two unmasked women were flanking the aisle while they visited, expecting everyone to just walk between them and clearly missing the point of social distancing. There were a high number of unmasked people and frankly I felt very uncomfortable. I'm wearing a mask to protect them; their ambivalence, and yours, makes it clear that you value their comfort and dollars over everyone else's safety.

Dear Lord, where do I begin. First this store and the tiny little parking lot is COMPLETE CHAOS! It is being managed by 2 or 3 BIG men who often won't acknowledge you because they are too busy taking to each other and when you interupt them to get some help they furrow their brows and then say NO to whatever it is you ask......try it sometime and see. Then you have the brainyacts who are checking you out or bagging your groceries.......these folks MUST have college educations because the often double scan a single item (pay close attention or you will be paying for more than your buying, it's happened 5 times to me in the past 3 months all with different clerks) I think it's a way for them to get a raise or bonus or something, and then the baggers seem to have a problem counting to two, because when I ask for double bags they look at me like a deer caught in headlights and say "you want double bags?" as if this is some sort of mythical or magical request and then they double bag they one bag they are working on and single bag the rest??? REALLY?? This place has really gone to HELL since the shut down a few years back. I was a loyal Market Basket shopper then because they really cared back then and wanted and did go out of their way to make you feel valued, not anymore............now I only come here for sale items and I am in and out as fast as possible.......I shop at Hannaford and I would suggest to anyone who shops at this Market Basket, cross the street and shop at a nice store, that is clean, with friendly professional people who really value your business and let you know it EVERY TIME...

Had to get service done on my wife's car and they gave me a loaner for the two-or-so hours of the service. So I went to the Concord, NH (Ft Eddy Rd) Market Basket store. I was EXTREMELY pleasantly surprised at the measures that store (all their stores???) were taking. First, the carts were being carefully cleaned before being offered to customers. Next the aisles were clearly marked for "one-way traffic" and repeated posted reminders for social distancing (though, unfortunately, some customers chose to ignore...little stores can do about inconsiderate people, I guess). All staff were wearing gloves and masks. Finally, the check-out clerk COMPLETELY and METICULOUSLY cleaned off the both "incoming" and "outgoing" belts, the scales/scanning area and metal within her reach, etc....between each and every customer. Though it added a few seconds, the effort and hoped-for resulting cleanliness and sanitization were worth it, in my opinion. It struck me that store (again, I don't know if that's now standard policy for all MB locations was not just throwing on masks and saying "come on down!!!). They were taking things seriously. And as an "approaching 70" senior with a raft of "underlying conditions," I take this epidemic seriously, having all those "strikes against me". KUDOS...to at least that location; and keep up the great working standards until we all can breath a sigh...

I've been here at least 6 times this month. Never had an issue until today. I had my service dog in the cart as usual. (He sits on a cardboard box as I was told that's the only way he can be in the cart). I walked passed several employees and managers who said nothing to me asides he is cute. I cash out and am headed out the door when a Karen worker tells me I can't have him in the cart as it is against the law. I calmly say that I've never had a problem with him being in the cart. She decides to continue talking saying/yelling OSHA violation. I walked away and left the store and went to my car to put my grocery's in. A cart pusher approached me as I was just opening my trunk and stood their saying he is waiting for my cart. This was about 5 minutes of him standing and waiting. Their were several other carts around that could be grabbed nearby. The cart pusher than takes my cart and only my cart back to the store. Than proceeds to grab other carts while intensively watching my every movement. I understand people have bad days, but to make me feel uncomfortable and rushed is not ok. FYI I had just had surgery and couldn't walk him do to opening...
