Nation's Giant Hamburgers & Great Pies — Restaurant in Concord

I've lived here all my life and i've never seen this kind of staff of employees at a fast food restaurant like this. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. service staff. With no customer service whatsoever, from the employees to the management. They speak Spanish amongst each other because there are employees that don't even speak any English because I noticed they ask another coworker what a customer is asking. While the manager on the other hand, is very rude and inconsiderate as a store manager representative. The show Gordon Ramsey would definitely have lots of issues at this location to straighten up. As a delivery driver, where I pick up almost 1-2 orders a day, being in my local area, I find the staff has no common courtesy with customer service. No greeting, no hello, no talk, no understandment that they comprehended what we are asking. It is just a mostly body language, headnod, that is if you can get one from them. When even picking up orders, they hardly speak up like they can't speak English. The manager's also very discriminative towards race and gender... Just because she represents the LGBQT identity, judged by her overall appearances and representation, she put it into her job title. She thinks she's lived here long enough to obtain an attitude along with her identity crisis. 🙄 The pick-up counter is right by the doorway, next to the restroom, where you can clearly see what they are doing. One star, maybe less. This location keeps going down the drain. I figured id try them again after i boycotted them for a year for messing up my last order. The place is kinda like a normal Nations, just low quality, less than average Nation's service and dirty interior, with cobwebs on flowers/walls and not clean floors. Maybe it was the fact they were only taking cash, i guess phones were down but they didnt explain, which made me order less items than i wanted to as i didnt have much cash, but i did get to order 2 bacon cheeseburgers and 2 fries to go. 20 minutes its done. Looks right i see 2 burgers and 2 fries inside. When i get home the fries are only about half full and not fully cooked, likely under temp fry oil. Then ONE BACON CHEESEBURGER DIDNT EVEN HAVE A HAMBURGER OR CHEESE ON IT. So it was not even a burger and one of us only got a little food. Not worth me taking 45 minutes to go back and get my missing cheeseburger. I've been eating Nation's since I can remember. I've been to many locations and not all are equal. This location unfortunately has some serious flaws. I usually eat there at night and have come back numerous times in effort to witness them correct the problems. I'm not sure if they're under staffed, poor management or something else. Regardless I won't come back.

Every time I come here half the dining room is barricaded so they don't have to clean the same area twice. Problem is they don't clean the side that's open. The trash cans are full and piled high with plates and silverware, mixed in with foul smelling wrappers. There's full garbage bags just outside the door, 20 steps from the dumpster. The fountain machine and counter space is usually covered in soda. Don't get me started on the drain underneath. All of the tables were dirty just like the picture I've uploaded.
