KFC — Restaurant in Concord

So I would have to give them a poor score across the board. Especially in attentiveness and speed of service. Everyone was doing something except the most important thing, customer interaction. We were told multiple times by multiple different people that someone would be with us in a moment. It was several minutes of this before someone helped us. From what I could tell, the person working the counter was getting things for someone on the prep line instead of having them get it them selves and taking customers orders. Now I work customer service and the rule of thumb is 7 seconds to greet a customer or you have already lost them. It wasn't until I expressed interest in leaving and going somewhere else, that suddenly the woman finally appeared at the counter to take our order. So we ordered and it took almost ten minutes to get our food. Now the part that gets me is I had my good before they even bothered to take the 30 some odd seconds to make my float. So speed and overall paying attention to the customer service was very lackluster. Now the other part that bothers me was the fact that things like the signature root beer tap not working and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was poor. Got home and ate the food and it was very bland and not up to KFC's par. Needless to say, I will be going to another location to get my chicken fix. At least the service at Popeye's down the...

I usually go to drive thru but today we decided to go in. The cashier was very polite and courteous. When i went to fill up my drink and then I noticed it. Ugh disgusting.... the soda machine was nasty u can tell it has not been cleaned and the syrup just builds up. Yuk and the old root beer drain was starting to mold with the liquid yuk. Then I started looking around. There was a stack of loss for the sundaes that had old syrupthat had spilled all over and I bet they are still using them. The area wher e u get your straws S and kids is sticky and has film on it counter. Whhen we picked up out order. The counter had a bunch of cup circles and spills all over. I mean really if u see it wipe it down. The trash in the back was over flowing and 5 or 6 people in the back not busy they should be cleaning. Underneath the drive thru soda machine was old cup loss that appear to have fallen on the floor and nobody thought to pick it up. And the floor had spills all over. I started to look at the lobby floor and ugh. It's gross I can say it lookes like it has not been disinfected or swept or mopped in weeks/months. I will never go back dirty nasty place. Management should be held accountable for allowing it to be so discusting.i would not want to work in a filthy place and nobody should ever have there food prepared...

Cant recommend this place. Most times you walk in during lunch you cant find an employee without calling out there is a customer. Inside they have uncleaned tables, damaged seats, dirty interior, broken bathroom stalls, and dirty bathrooms. Bad customer service to top it off. They didnt have biscuits so they said they would bring one when they are done, said about 5 minutes. So I eat what food I had. The chicken was not good, it was hard, most of it was breading, maybe 1/4 inch of chicken inside, maybe 75% was edible, the rest too hard to eat. Mash potatoes and gravy had a thick gravy skin on it, that was chewy, so was clearly not fresh at all and gravy was chunky, hope I dont get sick.... I finished my food, and since my lunch time is over cannot wait any longer on a biscuit, I went over and asked they said oh you didnt get it? Since I'm asking nope never did they never bring it to me, or let me know. I told them my lunch time is now over and I never got biscuit they promised me, and just forget it, I couldn't wait longer so told them how I felt about my wasted time and that I wont come back. Too bad as I used to go here more often, guess I'll go to another fast food restaurant for lunch from now on. Taco bell or El Pollo Loco are much...
