The Eatery at Southern Strain — Restaurant in Concord

We have been to brunch here twice. First time they were out of half of the things on the very limited menu at 12 pm. The smash burger was ok, patties were not smashed.. ours did not have sauce on the burger and when we inquired about the sauce the guy said that it was between the patties (it was not). Today we ordered a breakfast burrito and French toast and waited 25 minutes for them. French toast was fine and the burrito was very good. One of the guys dropped another order at our table and then took it back. Overall a very mid experience. Tried to give it another shot but it did not live up...

These burgers are crazy good!! Pair them with the awesome beer at southern strain and you have an amazing meal! Seriously consider the life's gouda, it shows why it's an award winning burger. It's seriously just about perfect. The strain sauce on the ol burger was incredible!! The loaded fries with the beer cheese ..... 🤌🏽.
