Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Conroe

I went to the drive thru at this location and ordered 2 extra most bestest pizzas asked that they be fresh made and double cut manager told me it would be a 20 min wait i said ok thats fine should have been 12.99 with tax she charged my card 19.49 i did not realize it till i parked to wait and saw my order was wrong she chaged me for 2 stuffed crest pep emb 9.00 each so i went inside to have it fixed there were a few customers in there there was 1 girl workung the counter the manager at the window and two girls in the back the girl in the back was not in any kind of uniform her hair was stringing down her face by the food there was a trash can and dust pan really close to where food was being made no one not even the so called manager was in dress code the store is very dirty i placed my order at 9 and did not get my pizza till 45 min later there was a man talking over customers hitting on the girl at the counter that never got any thing abd the manager did nothing about it she was also very rude and acted like it was my fault that she put my order in wrong one of the girls just walked out of the store and wassitting in front of the store smoking and yelling at someone on her phone while there was a line inside and at the window then when she went back in she went right over to making pizza and never washed her hands i called the store and complained to the so called manager who all sge said was that the general manager saw how they were all dressed and was fine with it and the rudeness was fine that as for the girl that went outside she said she had already made her own report and nothing was done this store is nasty they dont know what they are doing they dont dress the way they are supose to im calling corporate in the morning this is not the first time i have seen this at this location needs new manager and all new staff and i will keep complaining until something is done i know the right dress code and the way a pizza is supose to look from this company as i have a very good friend that was a manager at a different location i also took pictures of everythung for corporate so...

It's rare that pizza takes 1 hour 20 minutes to be prepared, but that's the kind of business you get, or at least that I got, on Tuesday evening at 2104 N. Frazier Rd. This is easily the worst pizza business service I've ever received at Little Caesar's or any other pizza place.

I politely ordered only 2 pizzas at 8 PM, CST, 8/18/20, and was told I would have a 45 minute wait time. I was okay with that until 9 PM. At that time I asked the store staff if my pizzas were ready, to which they said only one of the two pizzas was ready and the second one was going in the oven. I then noticed several other customers getting their pizzas and leaving before me, even though they arrived well after me.

I got upset and brought this to the manager's attention. The manager claimed the other 3 parties who got their pizzas before me, must have ordered their pizzas before me online (a statement that was never verified by management).

No one could ever explain why one of my pizzas was made but not the other at the same time. It's most likely the store gave away one of my pizzas to someone else and chose not to admit their error. Either that or they never made my first pizza and just lied about having one made originally. I never saw the first pizza, when it was supposedly originally finished, to see if it was actually even made early. It wasn't until I had waited 1 hr 20 minutes, that I was given 2 pizzas.

I don't know what the Guiness Book of World Records is for pizza wait times, but I'm sure this Little Caesar's can rank up there close to the top, of the best of the worst pizza places in wait times.

The only recourse I was offered was a refund for the cost of a pizza I prepaid for, but hadn't received, before the second pizza was made.

Needless to say I won't be buying any more pizzas here and hopefully you won't either. But if you do....you'll probably be in for a long wait. With the ratings for this location being as low as they are, the 1 hr 20 minute wait time for only 2 pizzas is...

I have many complains about the place. First, when inside all i see is 1 person at the cashier and another at the drive thru window doing little to no work at all and the kitchen doesnt sound very busy at all like i would probably say only 4 to 5 people working and about 5 or 6 customers waiting inside while the drive thru has nearly 10 cars waiting for their order. Second, the wait time is a pain to go through especially while waiting in the drive thru, it takes up to an hour to get to the window and 5 minutes just to get your order and inside its up to half an hour. Third, the employees there are slacking off and i think the main reason is is that their manager is not making sure that they are doing what they are supposed to do and the pay rate because they feel like they arent getting enough because the manager is blaiming the long lines on them while hes the one that should be held responsible. Last but not least, the pizza looks sloppy because on the amount of employees there are and the amount of customers they have waiting and the long wait for just a single pizza that tastes bland is not worth it here. These complaints are basically the same of what many people say and if the manager happens to read this take note of this and actually be at the store if you want to keep your job. The slogan of the fast food chain is hot and ready not wait for disappointment and i can sue for false acusation and dont come up with excusses that either their isnt dough to make it or that the truck hasnt arrived because this can lead to less profit for your lies. Would not go to the place to waste an hour of your time and people would be better of ordering from other pizza chain rather...
