I ordered 2 sushi rolls and a spring roll today to be delivered to my job. I ordered it at 1:20pm, did not receive my food until 3:30pm. I spent my entire lunch break running around trying to find their driver (whom they called and told me was there at 2:05) finally after almost 2 hours, 8 phone calls, and having to take another break to go get my food it arrived with a driver who was very unkempt that acted like it was my fault he couldn't find the place. The food was delicious, even after 2 hours, but its just not worth the wait or the hassle of dealing with the driver. Counter girls were great and very apologetic but that driver needs to be fired. even if he was new to the area there were several ways this could have been taken care of that wouldn't have taken less time.
Second time ordering from this place and I wish I could say it got better because the food is actually good. Unfortunately that is not the case. It didn't take 2 and half hours this time but it was the same unkempt rude driver as last time. My food came to $13 and some change, I gave the guy a 20 and asked for 5 back. He shook his head at me and threw my $5 at me and mumbled something about his tip. I told him he had a lot of nerve getting upset about it since my food took 2 hours to deliver last time and he kept arguing with me saying 2 bucks doesn't cover delivery. The restaurant charges a 2 dollar delivery fee as well. I should have asked for all my change back and honestly now I wish I had because I'm so upset about how I have been treated by the employees here that i can't even eat what I ordered. I just ordered sushi for pick up, and learned that 20 minutes means 20 minutes from when you actually show up to pick up the food, they didn't have rice made was the explanation I got for the delay.
Surprisingly they didn't have any rice ready to make sushi. At a Chinese restaurant at 12:30 on a Saturday,
It felt like I needed to be almost combative to actually get when I ask for at the time they said it would be ready.
The food might be OK, the sushi was good, but the aggravation to actually get the food means I won't be coming back. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to eat three rolls of sushi and soup before my lunch break at school was up, but I did not understand how small the rolls would be and I was fine considering how quickly I wolfed them down.

We ordered Win Wah for the first time tonight. The food was excellent! Sadly, we had a two hour wait for delivery. We called to check on the order and they apologized. They were busy with orders. With everything going on during the pandemic, we understand longer wait times. We definitely will be ordering from Win Wah again!
