I’ve passed by this spot many times but finally decided to try it after a haircut, and I’m glad I did. I ordered the pho with rare steak and a beef banh mi. The food came out in about 10 minutes, and both dishes were excellent. The pho broth had good flavor, though it lacked some depth. Nonetheless, it was still a good broth overall. The toppings were fresh, and the portion size was huge—definitely satisfying. The banh mi was made with a sesame baguette/French bread that was a little crunchier than I prefer, but the beef inside was seasoned really well, tender, and juicy. The toppings added a refreshing, slightly vinegary kick that balanced everything out. The inside of the restaurant is clean with plenty of tables, and I noticed a lot of people coming in for takeout orders, which is always a good sign. The staff was friendly, and overall it was a very nice experience. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Vietnamese restaurant in conshy has opened up. Stopped by to try their pho and ordered the pho tai chin with rare steak and brisket. I paid the additional $4 for the meatballs. All the meats were good. The broth was light in flavor, a little more on the bland side and the broth wasn't that clean looking. This could be the most expensive pho I've ever gotten at $18 where most places have pho Dac biet for $12-$16 and includes all the meats, tripe and all. The Sriracha was spicy and good... I didn't get a side bowl to make my dipping sauce so I used the plate mixed with Sriracha and hoisen. The Vietnamese coffee was pretty good!

Absolutely awful!!! This was the second time we ate at Saigon. The first time we ate in to get Pho. Very underwhelming. Today we ordered chicken wings and two bahn mi sandwiches, one shrimp and one chicken. For the entire 12 inch sandwiches there were only 5 total shrimp. The flavor was good but there was no meat on the sandwich. The chicken wings were under cooked and then when I bit into one it was completely broken and disgusting. Absolutely would never recommend this place to anyone. I regret spending any money here and giving them a second try.

I went out of my way for this place based off of the great reviews. We ordered two Phos, a grilled beef over rice and a Bahn Mi. My wife and daughter were content with their soups. My 9 year old son was still hungry after..The portion of meat was so small, the beef sliced so thin. Usually, at the dozen other Vietnamese places we have ordered from, my son has leftovers. The plate however was mostly rice and lettuce. The Bahn Mi was mostly bread, very little meat or vegetables inside. Basically, a bread sandwich.I thought it was just bread initially (the bread was good though). The reviews I read spoke of big portions.,but my experience was the opposite. That heightened my disappointment. Where’s the beef? I have been eating Vietnamese food for 35 years and I have never seen such little beef in an grilled beef entree or such little fillings in a Bahn Mi before. The beef is Sliced razor thin, and taste wise was fine. The fried veggie spring roll ended up in the trash, no one liked it. Oh, well. Maybe they ran out of beef? I don’t know, but I had to make something else for son afterwards and he isn’t a big eater. i was full-ish off bread and broth, but not satisfied..I hope the owners read this and increase...

If you see any of the 1 star reviews of this place, believe them. I visited here because I saw good reviews but now I believe they were incentivized. I ordered a bún bò huế and it incredibly lacked flavor and authenticity. It doesn't even look appealing! You would think this is some other dish. The broth tasted like water/just chicken broth. Real BBH is beef broth, which is brown, and is spicy so should have red oil. You can even Google pictures of it. I am Vietnamese and will tell you this place is not authentic at all. I've never seen BBH like this in my life. I even see from other reviews saying their bánh mì contains barely any meat, which is also a way to scam Americans and make money. Bánh mìs ARE FOR MEAT. Other than the food, the service was good so I wouldn't blame anything on them. As a Vietnamese, I truly do not recommend eating at this place if you want authentic Vietnamese food that HAS FLAVOR and give you what you pay for! It's incredibly Americanized. Sad to say I am deeply ashamed, disappointed and quite embarrassed that this is how they want to represent the culture, especially when they name their...
