Bagel Bakery — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

Terrible service. The line had built up on the pick up side. With the one lady taking orders and giving the orders. Then 2nd lady arrives and when the next customer went to order she insisted that the next 2 guys needed to move to the back of a line that had formed on the other side of the room. Should have continued to take their order without command and direction since the first lady did not instruct any changes to take place. I meant to order Blueberry Bagel, but said Bluecheese by mistake. The lady just kept saying...we don't have bluecheese bagels. I repeated twice..I'm sorry I made a mistake I meant blueberry. Finally ended with saying please charge me $3.00 for using the wrong descriptive word. Ended up leaving. Hello Corporate...please contact me so I can...

This place is a mess. You order at once counter, then pay at a nearby cash register. The person working the register is also tending a bar (which was very busy), and barely has time to work the register. Once you pay, you have to go back to the counter to get your food.

They don’t use order numbers or take names, and there are only a few order options. So lots of people were in line to pay at the register, their order would get called, and someone closer to the counter who ordered later (but was further back in the line to pay), would grab that order. The workers were not very pleasant or helpful, which compounded...

Not that you have many options in an airport, but I wouldn't put this place on the top of my list of places to be. The staff is not friendly at all. This place seems to be ran by someone new into management and just wanted the title, not the job. I ordered a basic bagel with cream cheese and 7 minutes later, that is what I got. It was ok, nothing amazing. Overall it's adeal for a snack, just watch your timing. There was way too much cream cheese(which they charge for). They also need to tidy up...
