Entire Complex Had A Whitewash Appearance! Example: The Dryer attached to the bathroom wall looked like someone whitewashed the wall; left the dryer there and white spray paint was left on a New Looking Hair Dryer! This look was throughout the Entire Complex! Entrance/Railings! (Bathroom Vent Is So Loud And Full Of Dust On The Outside!) It was a CHEAP OLDER MODEL! You couldn't hear ANYTHING EXCEPT IT! (YOU HAVE TO ASK THE FRONT DESK EVERYTHING! NO INFORMATION IN THE ROOM ABOUT: Free Breakfast Time & Location! (I went Sunday Morning! A REAL JOKE! QUALITY.....NOT ANY! (2) Juiced offered: OUT OF ORANGE, THE MOST POPULAR! COFFEE & DECAF BITTER & STRONG! PLATES, BOWLS, PLASTICWARE DISPLAYED IMPROPERLY! (According To Health Department Rules! Handles Up! Eating Service Up!) Bowl of only Apples. Bread, (2) Cold Cereals, (2) Milks, Waffle Maker, Butter) DO YOUR BREAKFAST RIGHT AND UPSCALE OR DON'T OFFER IT! MANY COMPLAINED! OTHERS WALKED OUT! SOME WENT NEXT DOOR TO PAY FOR BREAKFAST! A FEW HEATED UP LEFTOVERS OUTSIDE THE BREAKFAST AREA. WHERE THE ONLY MICROWAVE IS LOCATED! (WEARS THE ICE? 🤔 WHERE'S THE VENDING MACHINES?) SIGNS ON THE DOORS IF YOU PAST ONE! 🛑 STOP! NO VIDEO MONITORING ON THE MAIN 1ST FLOOR! NEVER HAD THE FEELING OF SAFETY! MY TV REMOTE WAS PATCHED UP WITH GREY TAPE! HAD TO GO TO THE FRONT DESK TO INQUIRE ABOUT TV CHANNELS! (I WAS GIVEN A ZEROXED SHEET! Why not have a Nicer Copy That Has Been Covered With Plastic Professionally in each room!)Didn't Use The Shower; But wanted to! Just waited till I got to another location. Plenty of Staff sometimes! Other times you couldn't find them. The Men Had A Don't Bother Me! I'm Tired And Lazy Attitude! NEVER HELPFUL! (THE ONE PERSON CLEANING ROOMS WAS THE VERY BEST STAFFER! HOWEVER; TWO AT THE FRONT DESK! HE HAD TO KEEP RUNNING TO THE DESK TO ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT WHO'S STAYING/LEAVING AND OTHER ISSUES! (He stated: You know I'm the Only One Here On Sundays!) ALL UNCONCERNED STAFF EXCEPT THE (2) LADIES WHEN I CHECKED IN AND THE MALE HOUSEKEEPER CLEANING THE ROOMS! I have been across the country and this is the WORST HOTEL I EVER STAYED IN! Look at your reviews! People stay here because it's close to the Airport! PLEASE!...

From the outside... the hotel looks OK at best. But once you enter the doors you know they spraypainted the stairs handrail and made sure to hit the carpet as well. The staff were... professional considering the ownership OBVIOUSLY does not care about this property despite all of the responses to the 1 star reviews that might have you beleiving otherwise. Based on our experience, the front desk clerk should ask the question, "Would you prefer a roach room or a mold room?" The first room we were condemned to was room 140. When we were sitting in th room after an evening out is when we began to notice the apparent permanent residents of this room. 🪳🪳🪳 the cockroaches were having a playdate under the beds and began roaming around. Looking at a review from 4 months ago the same room was mentioned as having 🪳🪳🪳. We went to the lobby and they moved us to room 175. When we inspected this room before moving out stuff in we lifted the mattresses in the double beds and this room was cleaner and no signs of the permanent residents. But there was a smell. It smelled of ammonia, cat pee... amd there was mold on the ceiling outside the shower. Well we needed to sleep. So we did. This morning I was sitting on the loo as you do in the morning and the ceiling began to drip on me. THE TURTLE RETREATED and I could no longer go. Went to use the lobby bathroom and mid go the cleaning lady used the key to open the door without even knocking. Surprise pooping man for the win. Please take all of the reviews here seriously. They are not taking any of the reviews seriously. They don't care. The poor staff here have to deal with the backlash while the owners do nothing to fix the property. Drug addicted, experiencing homelessness, Abusers, crime, and more are plaguing this property. The shuttle drivers were nice and the restaurant in the parking lot was great but neither are really tied to this...

This is by far the worst hotel we've stayed at. We've stayed at several different hotels across from Lambert Int. Airport for stays before our trips night before. This facility is very disgusting. From the halls, even in our room, the carpeting is so soiled that even if you tried to clean it, it wouldn't do any good (sticky, odor) musky, dirty. Tile dust on the bathroom floor, being in the construction trade for over 40 years, I have no idea what they were trying to accomplish. This hotel is just filthy. Its pretty apparent that the foreign nationals that have this facility are more focused on putting the money in their pockets than investing it back into their buisness. The Vending machines, from what I was told, were monitored by a 3rd party and after putting $5.00 in for a bottle of water that cost $3.00 and didn't get any change in return, I asked the front desk about this to no prevail. Asked the front desk for change from $10 so i didn't get taken again, and they said they don't have any. The front desk did say they have $6, but it was for guest. Little confused by that statement.||Unfortunately, I've stayed at some pretty raunchy places before, but this has to be in my top 3. Oh course the manager reached out to me from a follow-up on my stay, but it is all smoke and mirrors. He's been giving the same response to other reviewers for over a year. Nothing has ever changed.
