St. Louis Brewmasters Tap Room — Restaurant in Missouri

The older woman bartending on the night of 4/8 rudely told me that they were closed. It was 8:55 pm so I guess they close at 9 pm but the bar was almost full and there were people at several of the tables. I didn’t care that she was rude because I don’t expect 5 star service at the airport. I’m writing this review because after I had gotten a drink elsewhere and came back to my gate-which this place is right next to I saw that she had served someone who had come in after she said they were closed. I asked her about it and she immediately got defensive and told me not to “make it about that” I’m assuming the “that” she’s referring to is her being a white woman, turning me- a black woman away, but then proceeding to serve a white man with no issue. She then kept defending herself saying “well he just sat down” (which is what I did) and it’s just a beer (she didn’t even know what I had wanted). She offered to make me a drink but I already got one from a kiosk. There is no excuse for how she treated me. I go back to my gate and see other people trying to get served, she loudly says “ I can’t because I already told her we are closed.” (Are you closed or not? )Then she proceeds to make a big show and starts shouting last call for anyone who wants one drink. She’s a mess to be honest. I...

Caucasian lady bartender had zero customer service whatsoever. I had a layover at St. Louis and sat down at the bar to eat something. The lady came and threw a menu at me. You would expect a “Hi!” at least. Came back after a few minutes and looked at me, didn’t even speak to me. I was going to order the roast beef tacos and vegetable soup. She didn’t even give me a chance to finish my order. As soon as I said tacos, she looked at me and loudly said “Tacos?” and started walking away. I just told her “to go, please”. She came back and told me the total, I gave her my card, she charged it and came back and set the receipt in front of me. I gave her a tip out of courtesy even though the service was trash and didn’t even get a smile or a thank you, she just snatched the receipt and left. Brought back my food and placed it in front of me without even saying a word or making eye contact. I said “thank you” and she just ignored me and walked away without acknowledging me. I was having a bad day already and she was the cherry on top. You should not work in customer service if you’re only going to be nice to the people that...

3 of us waiting doe our flight out and starving chose to eat at this.. what looked like a nice place. The waitress took our order. Put it in wrong however quickly corrected it ..free.. cool, so I paid for our food to go. Gave her a large tip for fixing the mix up at no charge. The lady at the bar was very rude to new patrons coming up. Serving some. Sending others away rudely. (Yes, I was sitting close enough to hear the conversation)

Food came out. Approx $17 for a burger and fries (airport..I get it) However, I don't understand COLD FOOD. All of it. Melted cheese on the burger was cold and stuck to the to go container and the fries were also cold and stale. ALL THREE OF OUR MEALS WERE THE SAME. My daughter mentioned we could've gotten Burger King for cheaper and actually HOT. I believe our burgers were the "Pub Burgers" if I remember correctly
