I just stopped on my way home from work to pick up at the drive-through. I asked if they currently have the two for $6.00 whopper special. They said no. I then asked if they still had the two for $5.00 quarter pounderâs and the guy said yes. He said you could get a quarter pounder, the impossible whopper, a fish sandwich and some sort of chicken mix and match. I said OK I would like the impossible whoppers and a value fry and a value onion ring. I was expecting the order to be around eight dollars. It came out to $10.50. When I got home there was only one burger. This isnât the first time there has been an error. The last two times I was there there was an error and so I tried to call them. Both times the phone rings forever and no one answers. There was another $10.00 special with two sandwiches, two fries and two drinks. I didnât need the drinks so I ended up Paying the same for one sandwich, value sides and no drinks. Oh, also the receipt stapled to the bag had no pricing what-so-ever so I could not even see how they broke it down. No break down and no one to answer phones. What a rip a Ulmerton...
   Read moreI just had the absolute WORST customer service of ANY fast food restaurant I have ever been too. The food was made incorrectly the first time I came through the drive-thu, When I returned to get the correct items they refused to remake the order without bringing the old food back. (Which I would have done if they wouldâve told me to on the phone when I called about the order) The girl at the window was very nasty she stated there was no manager that could help me and that their main manager was off tomorrow. At no point was I rude or raised my tone of voice. She even said âWhat, are you just gonna sit there and throw a little hissy fit?â At this point, yes! I refused to move until my order was made properly. This entire staff needs to be replaced and the management needs to be re-trained. I donât complain a lot but I will be pushing this experience up the corporate ladder and discourage anyone from visiting this restaurant until positive changes are made.    Read moreI was kicked out for taking pictures. I was snapping a few photos, sat down, and ate my meal that I had purchased. As I was finishing up, a manager came over to my table and asked if I had been taking pictures. I said yes. She said, "Well, you have to delete those. You're not allowed to take pictures in here. You have to delete them. I just talked to corporate on the phone. Do you want to talk to them?" and proceeds to take out her phone as if to call. I said, "No, I don't need to talk to them." She repeated, "Well, you have to delete those pictures." I said, "Well, I tell you what, I'm just going to leave your restaurant." I got up, dumped my tray, and left.
The tiles were falling off the wall and I was stepping on them as I was trying to eat. I wanted to order a coke Icee, but the machine was broken.
"Other than that, how did you enjoy the show Mrs. Lincoln?" Well, the food tasted very good and the male manager delivered great customer service when I first ordered.
