Bangkok Fusion Cafe — Restaurant in Pinellas Park

I and a few co-workers of mine have been Extremely loyal customers over the past couple of months. Over this short amount of time, we've spent collectively HUNDREDS of dollars from ordering almost daily. The food was great however the customer service is POOR! On this particular day, it seems they were a bit short staffed and could not provide delivery so, no problem, we picked it up. They seemed to be extremely busy and were not very tolerant. We've never had any issues but After this being the 3rd time in the last few weeks making our food incorrectly, we politely called to make them aware and wanted to see about getting it made correctly.Unfortunately, the employee (who barely speaks clear English) AND the owner basically yelled at us and said that they were not going to accommodate us (assuming we required delivery service) although we stated to both of them that we didn't mind picking up but they were too busy cutting us off, telling us they didn't care and that they will only offer a refund. We've never been rude or mean to ANYONE so we are appalled by the type of treatment we've received today but not to worry, another Thai restaurant will definitely benefit from our foodie habit. This restaurant was super clean. The floors were immaculate. The silverware must have been brand new because it shined like polished pewter. The center of the big round table spins and my 3 friends that I was with wouldn't stop remarking about all the different specialty seafood that was available. My friend from Tokyo believed the soup was better than anything from where she grew up in Japan. The two girls from Europe went insane over the muscles, salad and delicious appetizers. I was so shocked with the beef noodle soup that I ordered a second bowl to take home with me so I could share a bit with my small cat from Africa. The owner named Kevin personally waited on us and gave us some great places to visit while we traveled throughout the Tampa Bay area. In town visiting family and was recommended. It's a mix of Thai food and sushi. This a great place for picky eaters or if you don't know what you're in the mood for. I had gotten the Tom yum soup and it was really good, sour and spicy. The server, I think her name was Turtle was so friend and informative, I know, Florida people and their names. The service was great and quick. The best part of the meal was the sushi, the seafood was fresh and rolls were creative. They did a spicy tuna poké mixed with conch that was probably one of my favorite dishes. But, everything we had was really good and I highly recommend .
