Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florida

I went thru the drive-thru thinking it would be a quick pick up for lunch. My order came to $4.80, I gave the $20 bill (I know that's what I gave her because that is all I had and had just gotten it from the ATM), for change she gave me back $5.20!!! I noticed this just as I pulled away from the window and made an immediate circle back to drive-thru and brought it to her attention along with my receipt. They asked that I pull to the side while the managers figured it out. A person I assume to be a manager came out and said she counted the drawer and it was correct! I again told her I was absolutely sure that I had given the cashier a $20 bill as I had just gotten it from the ATM and it was all I had! She said she would contact me if at the end of the day found any discrepancies!!! (No other offers of coupons, etc., not that I wanted any but in dealing with customer service they almost always offer something for your inconvenience if they can't immediately give you what you are asking for). DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE...

I went on my 30 minute lunch break and ordered 2 hard tacos in the drive thru. I was sitting at the window for approx. 7 minutes when someone came to the window and said to me "you haven't got your food yet" I said no and couldn't help thinking what a stupid question it was. Why would I sit in my car at a drive thru if I had. So He's going to go get my food right? nope he's closed the window and a couple more minutes pass. So I honk my horn to get my money back and this time a good 15 minutes sitting there he has my 2 HARD TACOS (not made different, just regular tacos). This is at 4 in the afternoon. I was the only person in the drive thru and the parking lot was empty. I got my money back and went to McDonald's across the street and was thru the drive thru with my order in 3 minutes. By the time I got back to work I had less than 5 minutes to eat my lunch due to taco bells incredible...

Worst taco bell ever. The cashier is a homeless person who lives in Safe Harbor . He has a long history as a drug addict and petty thief . He was put out of Pinellas Hope for drug use as well as mental health issues. He was very rude to me and dispectful towards me. Because he knew me and current illegal actities ad we ad padt illicit behavior. His hands were filthy and I kept wondering how did he pass a criminal background check or urinalysis test and he's on the cash register 🤔.

I order nachos bell grande and two tacos. The nachos Supreme was nasty and the cheese tasted old and stale. NONE OF THE PRODUCTS HAD ANY TOMtoes ,chives nor sour cream.i couldn't eat the nachos and threw them away and took the tacos home and feed them to my dog.

Worst experience ever and will never.,ever frequent that place.

Unsatisfactory and I can't believe who they have on the cash...
