Subway — Restaurant in Florida

If this is a place that had heating problems several weeks ago and this is the right place I've been back there several times to Florida they have a guy that works there is so rude he was talking about how hot it was there he doesn't have to deal with this much longer he was telling me to speak up he couldn't hear me it was so simple I want to two sandwiches made exactly the same but I just wanted to change one thing about it and he was just so confused about how to make the sandwich he was speaking over me to other people behind me that he knows saying the situation things like I don't have to deal with this much longer and it's been a crazy day and anyways he's just being rude I can't stand the guy that works there so I will not go back...

This location stole $20 from me. I ordered a meal through delivery through their app, but I never got it. I called the store and they told me it was DoorDash’s responsibility to pay. I called DoorDash and they were very helpful, but said it was subways responsibility since it was there app that I paid. I’ve called this restaurant multiple times over the month and they kept blowing me off saying it’s not their responsibility. This Subway was not busy when I got there but a few minutes after they started making my sandwiches the place got crowded. The person working behind the counter started getting flustered and totally made one of the sandwiches incorrectly. Instead of remaking the sandwich she started picking the wrong vegetables and the sauce off and ended up trying to reheat new meat and almost dropped it on the floor when It was so hot it burned her hands.
