Burger King — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

Walked in today with my family. We ordered 3 meals,( double whopper meal, 10 piece chicken nugget meal and a chicken sandwich meal). Received the wrong drink and after opening our bag realized we were missing my sons 10 piece. No big deal at this point I've been back to the counter twice to square away our order. Finally sit down and realize. My wife's chicken sandwich has mold on the bread. We bag everything up and I return to the counter for the third time and ask for my money back. Once the "manager" comes to the counter she says she will only refund me for the sandwich not the entire order. I explain how every aspect of the order and experience has been messed up she agrees to give me my money back only if I return all our food. Clearly I didn't want to eat their moldy out of date food. She returned my money as the 3 employees glared and snarled at my family and I as we walked out and drove away. Very poor service, we are working in Oakland for a few weeks and so far I have went to burger king 7 times and 6 out of the 7 times my order was wrong. One time I even took my meal back, I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with only ketchup, and I got a single burger with all the fixings, have it back and I watched them take it to the back then the manager just wiped all the extras off and give it back to me , then I have it back again, then they made me a double bacon with everything, then I took it back again ,guess what they did , wiped all the fixings and have it back to me again. Ordered a half cut tea and sausage pancake platter. Received super sweet tea that was sickening. Asked them to please remake with mostly unsweetened tea. Was still nauseously sweet. Looking in my bag I got bacon instead of sausage, some of the blandest eggs I've ever eaten, and the same with the pancakes. I couldn't even finish it. Wth? Bacon and sausage may come from the same animal, but tastes completely different and also sounds completely different. If you're looking for a quick breakfast, go to McDonald's.
