Placed our order through the mobile app at 9:44 pm. Sat there and watched other cars come and go. We had to call one of the food runners over to make them aware that we had been sitting there, waiting for our food that we know should’ve been ready. The young lady, then, came to our car twice with the wrong order. Once the drive thru line closed, they came to our car yet again asking our name of which we gave twice previously. A worker came to our car and said that our food was mistakenly given to another car. Because they had shut everything down, the options were to return on Monday if we lived nearby to get our food or they could try and give us a refund if the system was still up. We asked for the refund of course as she admitted that our order had been cleared from the system; therefore, there is no proof that we did not receive our order and it would have been a situation of their word against ours.
Trinity diligent ran back and forth from our car to the store seeking to get our refund. Not once did either managers, Sandy or Patsy, come outside and apologize for the mishap. We weren’t even offered anything complimentary for their mistake….NOTHING. I appreciate Trinity for being courtesy and seeing to it that we received our refund but sadly, we won’t be back. We seek to put our dollars back into our community only to have such businesses in our community to treat us substandardly. No one deserves what we’ve been through and it is for that reason, I leave this review.
Update - it took four days to electronically receive our refund where when we bought the food, the money was taken...

I was yelled at by an employee and refused my ordered that I ordered on the app that I original ordered through curb side and never received so had to come inside after waiting in the car for a very long time seeing others in curbside go in to get there orders because no one else was receiving there orders. The line inside was not long or busy (hinting the establishment was not busy inside) when I asked for my order stated omy ordered curbside and have been waiting for a very long time she stated they just waiting for my drinks. I waited extra 10-15 minutes for drinks and when I send my drinks I asked if the employee can hand them to me when the employee YELLED AT ME REFUSING TO LET ANOTHER EMPLOYEE hand me my drinks, causing a scene inside the restaurant, I repeated I have been waiting a very long time and those are my drinks instead of giving them to me she continues telling me no, going back and forth and I had to ask if someone else can hand me my drinks. She made me looks like I was some angry black lady when they were unprofessional and disrespectful never have I been mistreated like that before in a establishment if they didn’t make me already 30 minutes to my appointment I wouldn’t taken more time to talk to a manager for the lady that then handed my drinks even greeted me like I was the problem when I respected told her thank you and have a good when day. Read moreI went here for my daughters birthday. Normally I don't eat chic fil a but since it was for my daughters birthday I said ok. I ordered my food curb side thru the app. Someone alerted my phone saying the food would be right out. 10 minutes goes by and I still have yet to receive my food. When I first got to the restaurant I was the only car there for curbside pick up. After 10 minutes I went into the store and spoke to the manager. I got the usual story " I'm sorry we are short staffed". I just shook my head. My food was on the table as if it was a carryout order. The receipt clearly said curbside. I took my food and checked it. Of course I was missing a drink as well as 2 other items. So once I finally got all of my food and walked to my car I sat there for a minute because other curb side pick ups were there. As I sat there wouldn't you know that everyone else had their curb side orders actually delivered to their cars. This service is totally unacceptable. The food was cold of course since it was sitting for such a short time. Worst experience ever. Especially for my childs birthday. I will be contacting corporate about this.
