I have no words for how terrible this location is. I have had crumbl before in UT and liked it a lot! I have tried this location probably 8-10 times and only had a good experience 1-2. Silly me for coming back and trying again and again. Several times our cookies when we get home are burnt (sugar cookie just collapsed into tiny burnt pieces when biting into it), or cold (a warm cookie shouldn’t be cold), or a crazy long wait when no one is ahead of you. One time I ordered delivery at 6:30pm on a Tuesday night. Delivery said 30-45 min (I live close by). At 9pm I called and they said “oh we are backed up, it will probably get there around 11pm but we aren’t sure.” Uh...what? And then she didn’t know how to do a refund. I went on an 8 month hiatus from them since nothing ever was turning out. I was gifted a free box from a friend and went back. Same issues were there and the cookie was burnt again but I love their choc chip cookies when done right. Today I popped in quick, only one lady ahead of me. Nothing sold out. I told the guy about my gross sugar cookie I had received a few days prior. I asked for a box of cookies and 3 of them were choc chip (one was sugar and I asked to make sure I didn’t get a burnt one). I also asked for a single one of their new one they had just launched. Well I order and wait to the side. I wait and I wait. 4 other people who ordered after me for their boxes, I saw them and they had many choc chip cookies in them. 2 of the orders were even party boxes and had several choc chip in them. I watch a worker come put a sign out that they are out of choc chip. I keep waiting. I go and ask after about 7 people have received their order and it’s been like 25-30 min. The worker acts like he’s never seen me before and was rude. Then they get someone to come from the back who says “oh it will be 8 more min we are out of the choc chip.” I explained how everyone had been getting them before me and then he tried to say “they had been sold out.” I told them I watched when they put the sign out and that it was 5 or so people who had ordered AFTER me and that they had gotten cho chip. I asked for a refund as it has now been 42 min of my evening, and then they took forever and couldn’t figure it out. I am leaving and going on another hiatus! Until I can try it in another state maybe run from this location. No idea what is going on since it’s not a fluke if it’s been poorly done so many times. BUT I will say I love crumbl’s choc chip, when done...
Read moreBorn in Logan Utah Crumbl took the city by storm, their Instagramable rounds offered in thirty stores across six states by 2019 and now in all fifty states with six in Las Vegas including a South Strip location that moved from where Blue Diamond opened as the first in Sin City.
Created by Sawyer Hemsley and Jason McGowan, rapid expansion through franchising yielding mixed results from store to store as evidence by Social Media, it was after nine variable experiences that the westside storefront proved competent, the staff exceedingly pleasant whilst describing each choice.
Undoubtedly popular in part due to photogenicity, though a sterile interior oversells the fact that everything is made from scratch, the first thing those entering will notice is Crumbl’s collection of weekly flavors, though on this week nine choices were presented including both overly-sweet Chocolate Chip and Semi-Sweet Chunks plus Sea Salt.
Still a young company, so much success despite only starting in September 2017 certainly enviable, best bites came from specials that included Oatmeal Raisin, Dulce de Leche and Buttermilk Pancake, all the classic flavors well-represented including excellent slick Caramel and Cream Cheese Frosting.
Offered onsite or via delivery from 8am until at least 10pm Monday through Saturday it was next that Key Lime performed well thanks to tart top-notes while Raspberry Danish riffs on the concept in terms of taste if not texture.
Again finding “Cake” concepts better than the Cookies by which crumbl made their name its safe to say that Mint Brownie Batter made due on its promise while the “Brookie” saw both halves...
Read moreI ordered today for the first time at this location and it will be the last. I did curbside pick up & got there 5 minutes before the scheduled time, ok cool I can wait because I was early. I did put "here" as requested and nothing.. almost 10 min past my time no one came out and I'm watching people go in and out one after another. I had a baby in the car and food I just picked up after a really really long day & finally called the store. She had no idea I was out there. It showed me as in store pick up even showed her my phone and said "well idk what to tell you" ok fine I get it your system is flawed. On this part was my mistake I didn't order what I expected (again long day tired) I asked for redund and didn't take the product. She visibly got irritated and fumbled her words and snatched the product out of my hand and said I'll refund and walked away before I can say or ask anything. Was going to see if I can get what I wanted and Just pay the difference but wasn't given the opportunity. So took baby out to go in and she had already processed the refund. So I ordered what my family wanted & now was put almost $17 till its back into my account this whole thing took over 30 min now baby is fussy & cold food for the kids. When I asked for management she said they didn't have anyone. I asked for corporate # and when I called in the car it's a # not in service. So they probably gave me an old # or purposely gave me the wrong one. I'm absolutely disappointed on how this was handled. This was on 8/23 at 6pm pacific...
