Mood- Before bed munchies I dont know what it is about my sweet tooth. But if I am in the mood for something and I dont give in, holy moly I become the other side of myself. Especially with sweets. I knew I wanted cookies and was in the area. Upon entering was greeted with some of the best customer service that I have ever had at a Crumbl other than when I met the owner at another location in the valley. I was asked if there was any questions re: the flavors. No questions just lets do th party box. Yes I was feeling greedy. Opted for the Banana Bread, Cotton Candy, Chocolate Chip, Biscotti, and of course Sugar,, and one of their signature waters. Can I say oh my. Touch the box and you might pull back a nub. I didnt want to share any of these cookies. My highlight though was that Banana Bread. It was perfection. Not to sweet not to unsweet. Just right. Interior is familiar as the other locations. Light and airy. You look at the menu, pick, pay, and wait for your order to be put together. Very Covid evident in here with the social distancing markings on the floor. Everyone is wearing masks. Would def recommend - pricing is a reflection of quality and presentation. Staff is very courteous and hospitable. This is probably my fav location for these cookies. I get a kick out of how they add new flavors plus keeping some of the OG cookies as those are a must.

When you first walk into the shop, you get blasted in the face with the amazing smell of freshly made cookies! It smells so good inside that it feels like you are in paradise! One of the best parts of going inside is definitely the smell, but it is super neat to see the behind the scenes of how the cookies are made. Behind the counter you could see everything going on, starting from the HUGE mixer for the dough, to the ovens, and the people assemblimg the cookies and sprucing them up so that you can devour them! The staff all genuinely seemed nice, and they were really nice too as they were taking our order. The cookies themselves were superb! I just love how they are freshly made and they are nice and warm. It makes the chocolate nice and gooey! They have a perfect golden brown crust, and when you first bite into the cookies, there is a nice crunch to them but as you bite down ever more you get the rich, chewy, and soft interior of the cookie. Personally I thought the cookies were slighlty on the sweet side, but that didn't stop me from finishing them. They were pretty filling too!

I had an issue at the Henderson location that really turned me off to the company in general, but my friend insisted on trying them. I called this location to confirm they still had cookies and drove from the Henderson location to the Blue Diamond (a literal mission). When I got there I had confirmed in the app that I was at the location to get my order started. The cashier couldn’t find my order. I had to go back to my car to grab my phone to show my order. I showed him that it was placed and at the correct location. Took 5 min, but he was able to see that someone was already working on it (not sure why system doesn’t say that). Ended up getting the cookies and they were pretty good, but not worth the hassle that I went through. I ordered chocolate chip, mint chip ice cream, turtle, orange roll, double trouble, and churro. Churro was definitely the best one and the orange roll was not the best for me (not a fan of orange).

I have no words for how terrible this location is. I have had crumbl before in UT and liked it a lot! I have tried this location probably 8-10 times and only had a good experience 1-2. Silly me for coming back and trying again and again. Several times our cookies when we get home are burnt (sugar cookie just collapsed into tiny burnt pieces when biting into it), or cold (a warm cookie shouldn’t be cold), or a crazy long wait when no one is ahead of you. One time I ordered delivery at 6:30pm on a Tuesday night. Delivery said 30-45 min (I live close by). At 9pm I called and they said “oh we are backed up, it will probably get there around 11pm but we aren’t sure.” Uh...what? And then she didn’t know how to do a refund. I went on an 8 month hiatus from them since nothing ever was turning out. I was gifted a free box from a friend and went back. Same issues were there and the cookie was burnt again but I love their choc chip cookies when done right. Today I popped in quick, only one lady ahead of me. Nothing sold out. I told the guy about my gross sugar cookie I had received a few days prior. I asked for a box of cookies and 3 of them were choc chip (one was sugar and I asked to make sure I didn’t get a burnt one). I also asked for a single one of their new one they had just launched. Well I order and wait to the side. I wait and I wait. 4 other people who ordered after me for their boxes, I saw them and they had many choc chip cookies in them. 2 of the orders were even party boxes and had several choc chip in them. I watch a worker come put a sign out that they are out of choc chip. I keep waiting. I go and ask after about 7 people have received their order and it’s been like 25-30 min. The worker acts like he’s never seen me before and was rude. Then they get someone to come from the back who says “oh it will be 8 more min we are out of the choc chip.” I explained how everyone had been getting them before me and then he tried to say “they had been sold out.” I told them I watched when they put the sign out and that it was 5 or so people who had ordered AFTER me and that they had gotten cho chip. I asked for a refund as it has now been 42 min of my evening, and then they took forever and couldn’t figure it out. I am leaving and going on another hiatus! Until I can try it in another state maybe run from this location. No idea what is going on since it’s not a fluke if it’s been poorly done so many times. BUT I will say I love crumbl’s choc chip, when done...

Born in Logan Utah Crumbl took the city by storm, their Instagramable rounds offered in thirty stores across six states by 2019 and now in all fifty states with six in Las Vegas including a South Strip location that moved from where Blue Diamond opened as the first in Sin City.

Created by Sawyer Hemsley and Jason McGowan, rapid expansion through franchising yielding mixed results from store to store as evidence by Social Media, it was after nine variable experiences that the westside storefront proved competent, the staff exceedingly pleasant whilst describing each choice.

Undoubtedly popular in part due to photogenicity, though a sterile interior oversells the fact that everything is made from scratch, the first thing those entering will notice is Crumbl’s collection of weekly flavors, though on this week nine choices were presented including both overly-sweet Chocolate Chip and Semi-Sweet Chunks plus Sea Salt.

Still a young company, so much success despite only starting in September 2017 certainly enviable, best bites came from specials that included Oatmeal Raisin, Dulce de Leche and Buttermilk Pancake, all the classic flavors well-represented including excellent slick Caramel and Cream Cheese Frosting.

Offered onsite or via delivery from 8am until at least 10pm Monday through Saturday it was next that Key Lime performed well thanks to tart top-notes while Raspberry Danish riffs on the concept in terms of taste if not texture.

Again finding “Cake” concepts better than the Cookies by which crumbl made their name its safe to say that Mint Brownie Batter made due on its promise while the “Brookie” saw both halves...

I ordered today for the first time at this location and it will be the last. I did curbside pick up & got there 5 minutes before the scheduled time, ok cool I can wait because I was early. I did put "here" as requested and nothing.. almost 10 min past my time no one came out and I'm watching people go in and out one after another. I had a baby in the car and food I just picked up after a really really long day & finally called the store. She had no idea I was out there. It showed me as in store pick up even showed her my phone and said "well idk what to tell you" ok fine I get it your system is flawed. On this part was my mistake I didn't order what I expected (again long day tired) I asked for redund and didn't take the product. She visibly got irritated and fumbled her words and snatched the product out of my hand and said I'll refund and walked away before I can say or ask anything. Was going to see if I can get what I wanted and Just pay the difference but wasn't given the opportunity. So took baby out to go in and she had already processed the refund. So I ordered what my family wanted & now was put almost $17 till its back into my account this whole thing took over 30 min now baby is fussy & cold food for the kids. When I asked for management she said they didn't have anyone. I asked for corporate # and when I called in the car it's a # not in service. So they probably gave me an old # or purposely gave me the wrong one. I'm absolutely disappointed on how this was handled. This was on 8/23 at 6pm pacific...
