All in all, I'd say they were pretty good. The peanut butter was by far my favorite and I was pleasantly surprised with the wedding cake flavor. I'm not a big fruit flavored fan but the raspberry topping was just right - not too sweet, but sweet enough, cream-cheesy with just a hint of raspberry instead of smacking you in the face.
Service was decent. I mentioned it was my first time and she explained how they have a couple constant flavors but rotate the others weekly, the quantities and prices they sell for and so on. Parking sucks cause you can't enter from the rear of the shop where the parking structure is located so you can either sneak through a neighboring restaurant or walk around the building to the front and only door. There's no place to dine in and no outdoor seating. Just an uncomfortable bench while you wait. Also, the person that wasn't helping me looked like they were miserable. Oh, and I remember seeing at least one fly near the counter. There wasn't much else to look at as they surprisingly didn't have any display cases or trays to drool over, simply one of each type of cookie on a board by the register.
Were they good enough to warrant the price? Eh. Maybe once in a very great while but I think I'll continue on just fine without paying $24 for six good cookies again soon. But now I know.

Read moreWe typically order from the Centennial location, but they showed a'sold out' of strawberry shortbread. This UNLV location showed all available, so I ordered a six pack at 8:10,and it said it would be ready at 8:12. About a 20 minute drive there, and checked in "I'm here" on the app. 4-5 customers waiting on their orders, 3 employees working behind the counter. I heard the horn honk on their order screen of other pick-ups. I waited by the pick up section for ten minutes, no acknowledgement, so I spoke up I was here for an online order, to which I was told they were now sold out of the milk chocolate and the strawberry shortbread- which was the reason for driving to that location, and ordering ahead. She said that she was on break and didn't know what happened. At this point I'm annoyed ,so I said I would just like a refund. A different employee at the register said that it would take 3-5 business days. I had also used $10 in crumbl cash, and added a tip. She said she did not know what would happen with the crumbl cash. And I have my doubts about the tip as well. We get crumbl every couple months as a treat, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. More attention should be...
Read moreI had to place an online order for a company potluck and I was a hit thanks to Crumbl Cookies.
I logged into their website and placed an order for two party boxes for a total of 24 cookies. You select your cookies for each box and the ordering was easy and pain free. I received a text message for my receipt and was instructed to text back the number with the message "Here" and someone will come out and deliver to my car curbside. I pulled into the covered parking garage by the Crumbl Cookie sign and within 7 minutes the cookies were in my car. Great overall curbside ordering experience at this location.
Now the cookies themselves are a delight. Over the top in size and presentation, they are delicious as well as social media friendly. My favorites include: Reese's Pieces Any Sugar cookie offering (with or without frosting) Milk Chocolate Chip
Mind you, every cookie I've had has been a delight. They're so overwhelmingly rich in flavor and taste, I'm barely able to finish one. I'll be back sampling more Crumbl Cookies sooner versus later because they are definitely next...
