Hi Tea — Restaurant in Oviedo

This is. Hard review to write seeing I always look forward to stopping at high tea . So today I went and ordered two teas . Things went south quickly , my cup was dropped on the floor and instead of being changed out the young lady proceeded to use the cup from the floor, then my drinks got messed up the wrong stuff added to one and not the correct drink . So when this was brought to the attention of the two girls behind the counter . They strained the drinks out and moved everything around . Mind you neither tea was even remotely similar to each other and both drinks where now left with and odd flavor mix. It’s just odd why this happened. One why not use a clean cup ? And then two instead of ruining two drinks why not just fix the one by adding the missing ingredient and move one ? I will have to think twice before I go back if their health practices and food safety is taken...

I adore this place. The atmosphere is relaxing and the scenery is adorable. The menu has lots of customization options and there are so many drink choices to choose from. All of the drinks I've tried have been delicious, but my favorite is the Brown Sugar Milk Tea. It's simple but sweet and satisfying. I really love how the staff is always patient and kind. The wall of drawings is a nice touch, I see something new every time I come in! (And I love getting to add doodles of my own to the collection.)

This has become my favorite spot to draw, write, or just turn my brain off for a while and enjoy a nice drink or pastry. They play good music and I'm not rushed to leave if I'm there an hour or more. Overall, 100/10. Located right next to Five Below, it's a great place to get a drink and do some shopping. If you like boba, you'll love this cute...

Wow! I am amazed that this location is still in business with the workers they have. I frequently come here and there is a high turn over of workers it seems, which is fine I guess. But the ones I encountered today were absolutely horrid. First, they had all their friends there, didn't look like they ordered drinks, just there to hang, but I can't be for sure. What I do know for sure is that for my order the two girls stopped preparing my drink and decided to talk to one of the friends who had walked up to the counter. Boys and gossip and showing videos are more important than finishing up a customer's order? And then they decided to have an attitude at me after inquiring after it had been some time since they started talking instead of finishing my order.
