Terrible service. I ordered Thai Basil Rice made without eggs. The order came out wrong. I returned to the restaurant with the food in hand to report the error. The waitress said that she’d fix it. The waitress told me to throw the wrong dish in the trash outside of the restaurant. I did. She returned from the kitchen to bill me for the new order of rice. I explained again. She said okay. Then a lady (cook) walked out the kitchen to ask for the old bowl. I told them that it’s in the trash and I’m not digging for it. She went out to dig it out of the trash. I listened as the cooks argued back and forth in the kitchen over my order and decided I wasn’t willing to take a chance eating their food. I didn’t get a chance to ask for a refund because they were still arguing in the kitchen. Long story short, don’t waste your time eating here. Very unprofessional cooks! Who would have an appetite after you see the cook walk out of the kitchen to dig through the trash?.....

Take our food and service: 2 out of 5 one of our menu items was supposed to come w veggies, tofu and rice (this one dish was priced at $19, and our overall ticket was $52 including a tip that wasn’t deserved). However, our dish was missing the tofu and rice- it only came w veggies. When we called about it, Shan and her team offered us little to no help or solutions (no offers for a partial refund or to remake the dish for us to pick up). I had to ask for a partial refund (they denied it) and I asked whether it can be fully remade (no clear answer from Shan on this). I kept asking for solutions and all I got back was a very unsure sounding comment that we would get a free dish next time we came in (I doubt she even wrote our names down).

I wasn’t mean or angry since I know it likely wasn’t Shan’s fault but for the price we paid for the dish, we would hope to have some level of quality customer...

I really wanted to like this place since it's close by, but after 2 experiences it's been a real let down. The first time I had pad Kee Mao noodles which is my go to Thai noodle dish. It was just ok, nothing great to be honest a 6/10 not good but not technically bad just forgettable. The 2nd time I called in an order for pick up and was placed on hold, after 5 minutes the line dropped. I thought maybe the place was just busy so they couldn't answer but when I got to the restaurant there was only 1 table so I guess they just forgot to take my order. I finally ordered and make sure to ask about gluten allergy information. Ordered a curry, salad l, and rice dish with tofu as the protein. One dish had regular tofu but my rice dish had breaded deep fried tofu, I didn't see it until I got home and called to ask, they confirmed it was regular flour and ruined the dish as it cannot be eaten if you have Cileac disease.
