Indulging in a whimsical and delightful experience at the Sugar Factory was nothing short of a treat for the senses. From the moment we stepped in, it was evident that this was not just a dining destination but an immersive journey into a world of sweetness and fun. Upon arriving, my companions and I opted to sit outside, eager to soak up the vibrant atmosphere while indulging in a bit of people watching. The outdoor seating area provided the perfect vantage point to observe the bustling energy of the surroundings, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our experience. The menu, though admittedly on the pricey side, offered an array of decadent delights that catered to every sweet tooth imaginable. From towering milkshakes adorned with candy confections to oversized sundaes bursting with flavor, every item seemed like a work of art. We couldn't resist sampling a variety of treats, and each dish surpassed our expectations in both taste and presentation. The attention to detail was impeccable, with every dessert served with flair and a touch of whimsy that perfectly captured the spirit of the Sugar Factory. Beyond the delectable offerings, what truly set the Sugar Factory apart was its commitment to providing an unforgettable experience. From the lively ambiance to the friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, every aspect of our visit was infused with joy and excitement. While it may not be the most budget-friendly option, the Sugar Factory is undeniably worth the splurge for a special occasion or simply to indulge in a bit of sweetness. Whether you're a fan of sugary treats or simply looking for a fun and memorable dining experience, this establishment delivers in spades. Overall, my time at the Sugar Factory was nothing short of delightful. It's a place where you can escape the ordinary and embrace the sweeter side of life, one delicious bite at a time.

You come to Sugar Factory, not for a gourmet Michelin star meal, but for their over-the-top, Vegas-worthy desserts. Knowing this and having the right expectations can set you up for having a great experience here. The food pricing is very Vegas, don’t expect to pay normal prices. The food is tasty though and is filling. If you plan to enjoy desserts after, I suggest going light on the meal itself and stick to a soup or appetizer, or share! The atmosphere is fun, eclectic, and picturesque. It matches the desserts! Be prepared for a loud but enjoyable time. Our waitress was wonderful, friendly, professional, and knew the menu; she was able to give us recommendations and her favorites. The service was prompt. The restaurant does charge an automatic 20% service charge no matter how big your party. This is concerning, especially that only 17% actually goes towards the gratuity. Our waitress was exceptional and deserved the full amount so we gave her extra. But I can see how other servers may take advantage of this required fee. Definitely not a fan of this. Breaking down the food (between four of us): French Onion Soup: Decent, nothing amazing but enjoyable Firecracker Shrimp Stir Fry: Same as above Ginger Sesame Chicken Salad: Flavorful and more sweet than savory, enjoyable Grilled Ham and Four Cheese Sandwich: Probably the best one at the table. Nutella Iced Coffee: Okay, cold brew with Nutella chunks but only half full, other half was whip cream (tasted packaged). Waffle topping was tasty!! Cookies & Cream Iced Coffee: Better than the Nutella one. Less whip cream and had a nice coffee flavor. Waffle topping was tasty!! Bananas Foster Crepe: Delicious! Sweet but not overly. It’s filled with banana pudding, but the best part was the brûlée bananas. S’mores Nutella Crepe: Delicious! Decadent and rich, definitely something I couldn’t eat more than a couple bites of.

I bought a couple 100$ gift cards for my families vacation we took to celebrate my daughters birthdays. We went twice, the first time on the 22nd and our bill was 125.81$ which includes a 20 percent service charge for tip. We paid with both 100$ gift cards and never got a paid receipt. Our server was Mariah she did well and when we told her she said to give her a google review. We had 74.19$ left on our card so we planned on going back the next night to use the remaining balance. I ended up buying another 50$ gift card to cover the rest of what our bill would be and have some left for the kids to buy candy at the shop. On this second day I called to make a reservation and requested they made a note that we are celebrating 2 birthdays because I wanted my kids to be surprised. When we got there we were seated right by the host stand by the open door and it was so hot that right away we had asked if there was a different table we could sit at and patiently waited a bit to be sat upstairs. We got there at 9. We already knew what we wanted when we arrived. We ordered at 9:24 and when I told the server we were going to order a shake for dessert she asked what because it was about to be last call. Our food came out fairly quick but when the server checked on us we had to ask for the margarita we had ordered when we ordered the food. She got that and the couple of other things we asked for right away. At about 9:50 she said she would check on our shake and didn't end up bringing it until around 10:20. They close at 10. The server did not do anything for my daughters birthdays and I even had my phone out ready to record. My daughter had to use the bathroom and we asked her to wait cause we didn't want her to miss it. We didn't say anything and just gave the gift card codes when we got our bill at 10:30. By this time we are the last ones in the restaurant when other tables came in after us. The candy shop had closed so we couldn't buy them the candy with the remaining balance so we planned on coming back the next day just to use it since it was our last day in Vegas. Server comes back to tell us the 50$ gift card was the only on that had a balance and that both of our 100$ gift cards were redeemed and that we owed 68$. At this point I'm livid because we should still have the 74.19$ and the server had to get her manager. I told the manager that the bill was only 125.81$ the night before and he asked for a receipt and I told him we never got a paid receipt but we didn't think that would be a problem and I told him that our server was Mariah and I could tell him exactly what we ordered and that they need to do something because our 74$ somehow disappeared and we wouldn't have come back otherwise. He left for a moment and came back saying that he got it figured out and told us that there was still a credit of 6$ and change to use for the shop that we had to use right then and decided he would go pick something from the shop for our kids and brought them each a sugar factory water bottle worth more than our 6$ credit. Thank you to the manager who took care of us when this happened but it should have never happened and we will never be returning. I'd like to think Mariah didn't steal the rest of our money and can't say for sure that she did but it seems likely that's what happened. Curious to see myself I checked the remaining balance on both cards and it actually tells us they were both fully redeemed on the 22nd when Mariah was our server. I really hope if that's the case she does not do this to another family again. Also when 20 percent gratuity is already included the staff needs to do better comunicating and remembering stuff like BIRTHDAYS because we chose this place to celebrate my daughters turning 13 and 5 and they ruined it for us. What a horrible experience!

I want to love this place, but the quality of the food and cocktails does not reflect the outrageous price points. Example: their signature cocktail goblets are $45. The photos on menu versus what you get are completely misrepresented. As a Food and Cocktail blogger I chose the cocktails that had not only great presentation but a wonderful mix of spirits and juices...what we got tasted like juice on a large mountain of dry ice. Half of the goblets are taken up by the dry ice, and the gummies the drinks are topped with float to the bottom and get stuck to the dry ice. It's disappointing. For kids, they can enjoy the fun cocktails minus alcohol, and it's only $6 less than the adult price. Doesn't make sense when Sugar Factory claims to put so many different spirits into one drink. Ex: SOUL MAN GOBLET $45 Menu reads: This powerfully flavor packed goblet will knock you right out of the ring…sweet flavors of fresh peach and fresh pineapple which are brightened up by refreshing lemonade and topped off with Teremana Tequila Blanco. The addition of triple sec and Hennessy make this an outrageously delicious cocktail. Gummy cherries, tropical drops, strawberry rock candy, and a green lei wrapped goblet add all the right notes. On the menu, The cocktail is a beautiful orange and red, wrapped with a lai. What we got: Yellow/green cocktail, no lei, no gummy cherries, tropical drops, no rock candy - instead some orange gummies. The drink tasted like pineapple and peach juice on dry ice. I understand supply chain issues and products not being available…so explain that to your staff and clients. The signature Fourth of July shake: $20, but it was essentially a large mug of vanilla ice cream and a lot of whipped cream. mug was covered in frosting. Toppings were a few gummies and a rock candy stick. Pretty average.and presentation looks nothing like what is pictured on menu. Food: Tried the slider sampler and appetizer samplers. Both options extremely dry and lackluster. From the sliders to the onion rings. $57 for both. Service: You will get some staff that is attentive, others that you have to waive down to come to your table. The Bussers and food runners are awesome! Both times I visited I spoke with management and they are great and listen to feedback. Thank you, Thomas, for inviting me and my daughters back for a visit to the candy store. Ambiance: It's a party! Loud dance and hip hop, decor is beautiful and it's definitely meant for photos. Fees: When the check comes, there is an automatic service charge included, but they still expect you to add an additional tip - which we did our first time around as we didn't notice the automatic service charge of 20% Fine print says 3% goes to restaurant and the remaining 17% goes to staff. Example: one of their signature goblet drinks for my kids came to $50. One drink plus automatic service charge plus tax. Absolutely the biggest rip off. I'm a member of the bartenders guild and am an avid cocktail enthusiast and craft cocktail maker. I will gladly pay a lot for quality ingredients, but this is a poor and sad excuse.

Everyone loves sugar riiight. Right. Well. In my particular visit sweets weren’t the target. This visit was about the Brunch. We were amongst the first group to arrive for Sunday Brunch. We were seated pretty promptly which was a plus. Music playing pretty good ambiance and all. We received our bottomless mimosas WARM!!! 🤔😩😫 who in their right mind drinks a mimosa warm at room temperature?!?! That’s beyond me there. We immediately respectfully requested a couple glasses of ice to accompany the mimosa pitcher. The waitress was was super nice and polite. They just took forever to service us. Yes it gets pretty busy there but waiting over 30mins true story just to pay the bill. Which was much at all by the way. Good price point. We also ordered some goodness. Don’t think I forgot to give y’all the deets. I ordered the sampler first yo holds us over. That came with Fried Macaroni Pop Balls, Buffalo wings, Chicken Strips, Onion Rings. No lie HELLA good. All of it. Literally no gripes or complaints about it. It was a very tasty sampler. My main course meal was the Waffle Breakfast Burger 🤪🤩😏😋 pretty awesome sounding riiight lol. Well it tasted just as good as it sounded. Two waffles with a medium well beef patty, Fried egg, American Cheese, White Country Gravy, Topped with a beautiful golden Maple syrup 😩😩🤤🤤🤤 drooling yet?!?! **Gotta warn you ya. It’s as messy as it looks and seems** Wifey ordered the Steak Sandwich... 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️ Taste was on point but portion was sooo upsetting. It really looked like something we’d serve the kids from a jimmy dean preheated snack the size of two hot pockets. Was pretty 😡 about that honestly. Other than that. He experience and food was great just a few irritable things that run us wrong is all which is why the 3 ⭐️’s. Hopefully our next visit. Things will improve and I can update my review. 🤘🏾💯💪🏾
