Avoid Revive Las Vegas if you know your own body. I’ve had hundreds of NAD+ injections, always subcutaneously (into fat tissue)—with consistently great results and minimal side effects. At Revive, I very clearly explained this and asked for subcutaneous injection. Instead of listening or engaging, they dismissed my request and flatly refused. Their attitude was inflexible and borderline condescending. They insisted on intramuscular only—no options, no personalization.
This is especially frustrating because the science supports subcutaneous (SubQ) NAD+ administration as a safer, slower-absorbing, and more effective route for many people. SubQ injections release NAD+ steadily, reduce side effects like flushing or nausea, and are generally more comfortable—especially for those of us who’ve done this hundreds of times and know what works.
Revive claims their care is “personalized” and “tailored to your needs,” but that couldn’t be further from the truth in my experience. Instead, it’s a rigid, outdated, one-size-fits-all protocol that doesn’t incorporate patient history, physiology, or preferences. They refused to even have the conversation.
If you’re seeking real wellness care—where providers respect your experience and are up to date with science—look elsewhere. Revive Las Vegas is not the place for anyone who knows their body and expects their voice to be heard in their own care.

Read moreI have been to other IV establishments, but hands down Reviv at the Vegas Cosmopolitan was the best, simply amazing! When I first walked in, I quickly noticed how peaceful it was inside. Claudia greeted me kindly and made me feel very welcome. I was 30 minutes earlier than my appointment and hoped they could get me in earlier, which they did. Jacqueline took me back to their triage room - it was nice to have a separate place to sit while they took my blood pressure and pulse and they even FaceTimed me in with their MD to go over a few medical questions. I appreciated their attention to detail and it all only took a few minutes - many IV places do not follow these protocols. Jacqueline was fantastic! She was careful and nice and then escorted me to a private suite for my IV. This was unexpected but what a great difference. I completely forgot about the strip, the music, the hustle and bustle, I simply got to relax in a wonderful massage chair in a dimly lit room. What a way to recharge. It only took 20 minutes. I asked Jacqueline if I could see the rest of their space - it's beautiful, very classy. She was great and was so very personable. I recommend this to anyone who travels to Las Vegas. Way to go Reviv! The client service...

If you care about your health, steer clear of Revive Las Vegas. Despite clear patient experience and available research, they blindly insist on intramuscular NAD+ injections—even when subcutaneous administration is widely recognized as the safer, better-tolerated method for many.
Subcutaneous (SubQ) shots provide slow, steady NAD+ release, significantly reducing side effects like flushing and nausea compared to the rapid absorption of intramuscular (IM) injections. Countless reputable clinics and scientific sources acknowledge SubQ as safer and more comfortable, especially for frequent treatments. But Revive refused to even consider my well-supported, medically justified request for SubQ, forcing a potentially riskier IM shot instead.
Their refusal to adapt or even discuss alternative, evidence-based methods isn’t just inconvenient—it undermines patient safety. True wellness providers listen, stay current, and personalize care. Revive does the opposite. Don’t trust your health to a clinic that clings to outdated, less-safe methods simply out of stubbornness. Look for providers who actually care about doing what's...
