A Serendipitous Encounter at Tom's Watch Bar Last night, my girlfriend and I were wandering the vibrant streets of Las Vegas, our stomachs rumbling with hunger. As the clock ticked close to midnight, it seemed like all the kitchens nearby closed their doors. Just when we were about to settle for a late-night snack, we stumbled upon a hidden gem: Tom's Watch Bar. The moment we stepped outside, the lively atmosphere and the inviting aroma of food drew us in. We were lucky enough to snag a table on the patio and were immediately greeted by the infectious energy of the place. But what truly made our night unforgettable was our waitress, Jude. From the moment she approached our table, Jude exuded warmth and professionalism. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she was more than happy to recommend dishes that would suit our tastes. As we chatted, it was clear that she had a genuine passion for her job and a love for people. Her ability to engage in conversation made us feel like old friends. The food was delicious, but it was Jude's exceptional service that elevated our experience. She was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that our glasses were always full and our plates were promptly cleared. Her positive attitude and infectious smile created a truly enjoyable atmosphere. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I can truly appreciate the value of a great server. Jude is a shining example of what it means to provide exceptional customer service. Her dedication, knowledge, and genuine care for her guests make her a true asset to Tom's Watch Bar. Thank you, Jude, for making our night so memorable. We will definitely be returning to Tom's Watch Bar in the future, hoping to be seated at your table once again.

I've visited this bar/restaurant twice now and have passed by several times when staying at New York New York Hotel and Casino. My first visit was with a group of 12 people, I know, a very large party. Tom's Urban is a pretty large restaurant and there were tons of seats available but we weren't seated right away. I understand it was probably due to our group size, but we were completely content with sitting in the bar area. This was something we had to suggest before it was even an option. The vibe was fun, there are tons of TVs for sports and the food was delicious; however the service was okay. Maybe our group size was a little intimidating. We unfortunately didn't get checked on often or waters/drinks re-filled. Overall we had a great time - still cool place. The second visit it was just my husband and I during Sunday brunch (12-2pm). It wasn't busy, many open tables and we were seated farthest from the televisions and bar. We felt like we could have easily been hidden or forgotten so we asked to sit a little closer into the restaurant for better views of the sports games and service (if needed). Unfortunately it seemed that they were incredibly understaffed because service was very slow. I felt really bad for the server and saw that she was working hard, where others in the audience just felt service was poor. We ordered a few small plates and overall enjoyed our time. I rate this place three stars cause I think it has so much potential! Its so fun, good location, vibe, music and food. I just wish they staffed better to make the delivery and overall experience more memorable.

This review is for RYAN who made our experience at Tom’s Urban a truly memorable one! This place is well-known for serving “Tom’s Size” beers that are 40 ounces each... but did you know that they can also convert their cocktails and drinks to 40 ounces as well? I had absolutely no qualms about doing this on our visit. But be warned... that’s a lot of punch to your drink and this will get you drunk QUICKLY! We went during March Madness so we wanted to watch the game while enjoying our bevvies. Reservations were still required due to covid but we were able to make one a couple hours earlier than our desired time. We originally wanted to sit outdoors to see the big screen but settled on the indoor seating since they were at capacity already. No biggie... there’s air conditioning and plenty of TVs so this wasn’t a huge deal. For appetizers, we got the double portion of wings which came out to about a dozen wings for $24. It’s about as pricey as Buffalo Wild Wings so we didn’t consider this to be unreasonable. The chicken tenders with fries at $20 were also a must! Perfectly fried and perfect for snacking. Ryan really helped make our experience a really great one. I didn’t get his last name but he’s the bartender that works there and he’s friendly, attentive, and overall a very sweet person! If you’re looking for a place to relax and hang out, this is definitely worth checking out. Bonus points if you play MyVegas as well since they have a BOGO free option for the Tom size beers that my friend and boyfriend definitely took advantage of.

I recently visited Tom’s Watch Bar at New York New York in Las Vegas, and I have to say I was impressed. From the moment I sat down, the atmosphere was lively and welcoming, with plenty of TVs to catch all the games. But the real highlight of my visit was the amazing bartender, Mandy. Mandy is hands-down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever met. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knew exactly how to make everyone feel welcome. Whether you’re a regular or just passing through, she treats you like a VIP. Her drink-making skills are top-notch, She made me one of the best old fashions I’ve had in Vegas. It’s clear Mandy knows her craft and takes pride in providing outstanding service. She made my experience memorable, and I can’t wait to come back to Tom’s Watch Bar – it’s definitely my new favorite spot in Vegas! If you’re ever at New York New York, do yourself a favor and stop by Tom’s Watch Bar – and be sure to ask for Mandy. You won’t be disappointed! Being from Hawaii, it’s amazing how much aloha spirit she brings to her job. She truly cares about her customers. I wish more places were like that.

Was recently in Vegas for my daughter's wedding...the day we landed, my daughter suggested Tom's Urban, as she had been here a few times before. So I have to say, I like the open-air, sports-themed decor. TVs all over so you can watch the games, but you definitely have a lot to choose from as far as the food. I forgot what everyone with me ordered, but I had the Salted Caramel Skillet French Toast and the Cheesy Hash Browns and Applewood Smoked Bacon. That food was frickin' awesome!!!! The only minor gripe that I had was that personally, when I order something and it says 'cheesy', I prefer...well...cheesy. The hash browns were great and you could taste the cheese and the minor spice in there, but wasn't really cheesy. The bacon was the perfect crispy that I like. I also have to say our server was great also. All in all...good food, good service, fair prices...I can dig it!! I'll definitely be back when I come back to Vegas! Food...............................A+ Price...............................B+ Ambiance......................B+ Customer Service.........A+

If I could give this a zero I would. I'm going to give you a run down of our visit, the food was lacking a lot and they can offer more for what they're charging, tbh almost can compare this place to cheap cafeteria food. The garlic fries lacked color, taste and flavor. The burger was lacking everything specifically taste and absolutely dry as can be. Overcooked and dry as can be. You are better off with a McDonald's double double, it would probably be juicier and more appealing for your taste buds. The water container was dirty and the water tasted like dirty new york city water. We were absolutely disappointed to say the least. We expected better, the experience was one of the worst and you need to save your money and go next door to shake shack and really taste a gourmet burger. I hope this experience can help you guys deliver better food for paying customers and specifically offer your employees more coaching on how to improve based on the feedback that will be from more customers with the same experience.
