Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Conway

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Our server was horrible!!! We waited for ever for the waiter to take our order. By the time the food came, we hadn’t even gotten our food yet. We asked a server(wasn’t our waiter who started to bring the food) where the appetizers were that we had order and they took back the 2 entrees that they tried to serve us before the apps came out. They finally brought us our apps and 5 minutes later the food came! Mind you we had to wait about 5 minutes for the plates for us to eat the apps! When they brought us our food the 2 plates they had taken back before the apps, were the same plates and the food was cold!!!!!!! Which we sent back and they sent out the same plates back out after they warmed them in the microwave and just added a massive amount of parsley on top to make it seem it was a fresh plate!! The waiter never checked on us while we were eating to see it we needed anything or if we needed refills on our drinks! When he finally came back we were done eating and asked if we needed boxes we said yes and waited about 5 minutes for the boxes! After he gave us the boxes we waited another 30 minutes for our bill to be brought to the table! I just don’t understand the problem, the restaurant wasn’t that busy and the service was horrible! I would understand if it was busy and the waiters were stretched thin! In this case it wasn’t and the service was absolutely unacceptable!

Our server was amazing. Let me say this before my review. I had brought my friend and her dad to my home towns Apple bees for the first time. Her dad ordered a burger. As he eats it we’re having an amazing time. Until he gets to the cheese part of the burger. The cook had left the paper/plastic of wrapper to the cheese on the cheese as they cooked the burger. It was disappointing. My grandpa used to work there. I was not happy when that happened. The place used to be amazing. And now I have second thoughts about going there again. I don’t understand how a cook can leave the wrapper on a piece of cheese. It doesn’t even look like the cheese with the wrapper still on. It was not even busy at the restaurant. Less than 30 people in the entire place. If a cook can do that on a less busy night what will happen when the place is packed with people. They did comp the meal and get my friends dad a new one. But I don’t believe that the cook will get any reproductions from this. It is unacceptable. I hope that the cook really thinks about what they did.
