Short version: Stop reading this and go eat there, now.
Long version: Best service I have ever received in my entire life. The staff was amazing. They catered to my fussy daughter, (who couldn't make up her mind as to what she wanted to eat), our food was at our table less than 10 minutes after we ordered while they were slammed, (there was a line out the door waiting for a table.), and everything was absolutely stellar. It was cooked to perfection. I have never seen such a friendly wait staff backed by such skilled cooks. The manager, Dan, was so friendly and kind. When I mentioned that they catered to my fussy daughter; she's 3, and decided that she wanted pancakes and a banana. We ordered it, and when it arrived, (it was cooked and plated perfectly, literally nothing wrong with it.) she said it was too hot, and wouldn't eat it. Not wanting her to go hungry, we finally discovered she wanted cereal instead. So, we ordered her some cereal. She would ONLY go for froot loops, (which they were out of, although they were so focused on serving us, they didn't even tell us. Instead, they sent a server to the grocery store to get some more. The grocery store was literally right next to it, and it was less than 7 minutes before her cereal was there.) She was totally happy with it. I was completely floored by their dedication to me having an amazing experience, even though they were filled to capacity. Please, do yourself a...

I recently ordered a classic BLT for takeout however, my enthusiasm quickly waned when I opened the takeout box and discovered that my beloved BLT was missing its top piece of bread. What should have been a delightful meal turned into a slightly disappointing experience.
On a positive note, the bacon in the BLT from was still crispy, the lettuce fresh, and the tomatoes flavorful. It was evident that quality ingredients were used, reflecting the restaurant's commitment to providing a tasty dining experience. Unfortunately, the missing top slice of bread altered the intended texture and balance of the sandwich, making it less enjoyable than anticipated.
While I understand that mistakes can happen, especially in the fast-paced environment of takeout orders, the absence of a critical component like the top piece of bread affected the overall appeal and satisfaction of the meal. The convenience of takeout should not compromise the integrity of a classic sandwich...
Read moreI am fortunate to meet a group of women that gather at Eggs Up Grill, 2246 US 501, Conway, 29526, for brunch on a weekly basis every Thursday morning. In the past we were welcomed by our regular waitresses at the same round table, and could order without looking at the menu, although we loved to try new items that our waitresses pointed out on new menues. Something happened over the last few months. Many of the regular waitresses have disappeared, while new, insecure employees give us dirty looks when we are not ready to order when they are. Many of our favorite items have disappeared from the current menu, while prces have all increased. The whole restaurant has a cold feeling. I noticed that one of the waitresses had a shirt that said, "We treat you like family." I don't want that dysfunction...
