Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Conway

So before I start, I'm from New York, so we are on the hunt for chinese food. We decided to try this place on Thursday August 14th 2025. Over the phone we ordered Crab Rangoon, Chicken Lo Mein Combo with White Rice, general tao's chicken, chicken lo mein regular combo, fried wontons, dumplings, chicken with mixed vegetables combo, and other dinners. Person sounded very pleasant over the phone. It took about 30 minutes for our order to be ready. There was actually a line to get food at the place. and one can park in the food lion parking lot. Once it was our turn, person was very pleasant, and we paid via credit card, and left a tip. There are tables here to eat your food at, but we stuck with to go this time. Got home, all of the dinners and items were there, and labeled! As well as stapled so that the container doesn't open. We very much liked our chinese food! i enjoyed the chicken lo mein with white rice, and the other people that ordered food also liked it! I will not order from this Chinese restaurant no more I called to tell them about how nasty they hot and sour soup was. I always get it from there. She tell me she don’t care that I’ve been ordering it for eight years. I cannot get no refund back because I don’t like the soup if you don’t prepare the soup right the first time what makes me think you’re gonna prepare it write the second time argue with me on the phone. I told her I will come to the restaurant when they open back up Tuesday and they gonna give me my eight dollars back or she could call the police. I don’t care. I will never ever order from this restaurant again. Save your money. They don’t do refunds where it do not say nothing about no refund or the receipt when you purchase our order talk about no restaurants do refund Wendy’s do refund Japanese place do refund Burger King. They do not know about customer service. Twice got my order wrong..first time I got home I ordered fried shrimp they gave me chicken wings..when I called in they told me I had to come back bring the wings in so they could watch me throw them away..I told them I wasn't coming back that way until the following day..I was to keep the wings until I got there so they could watch me dispose of them..that was after 20 mins of being told its not their problem the order was wrong..it was correct on my receipt but I was given the wrong food..went in today and ordered food..I checked this time before leaving ..order was wrong..they would not correct it until they watched us throw the wrong food in the trash can outside the restaurant..we threw it away after telling them that was a waste of food that we could have kept it and just pay for the right order. Well we threw it away and then was charged for the right order. Never again will we go there. There's 9 of us so we spend a lot of money when we go out to eat.
