David's Burgers — Restaurant in Conway

I'm in absolute disbelief about how my issues were handled today 😯. I went through the drive through today at this location expecting the great service I usually receive, and was unfortunately let down... It started with that my two orders of fries were not in the bag, (understandable for this issue as they were busy it was 12:15 pm) this stuff happens and is to be expected at fast food. ( No offense) I get home with my food and notice that my drink has ripped up marks on the lid of my cup and upon further inspection my cut was also dirty with what looks to be possibly mold.. then my girlfriends chicken sandwich combo had American cheese added and I was charged when I didnt even ask for it. (Strange also because the chicken sandwich doesn't even come with cheese???). I called the store to address my concerns and the first manager I dealt with was extremely unconcerned and didn't want to hear me out. I told her about everything, and I was only offered to have my Sandwich remade and if not that day I didn't come in the next day it would be 50% off... I unfortunately couldn't come back nor do I really want to ever again. So I asked to speak to the GM (GENERAL MANAGER) "TIA" and she was more than happy and nice to help. This is the second time that they got my order wrong. The first time i told them i have dietary restrictions and no sauce , or lettuce, tomatoes, onions what I said . I had the grilled chicken sandwich only no fries. When it came out they had fries and mustard and lettuce, tomatoes and all that . I asked them to refix it so sent it back they took the stuff out came back found tomatoe seeds inside bun. I CAN'T DO ANY SEEDS.! So I asked the little waitress to please redo the whole thing and explained I wasn't trying to be difficult just cant do seeds. So third time charm. They were busy that day so I let it slide. Then today went for lunch I had the same thing grilled chicken sandwich no sauce dry with only cheese. My hubby had a burger with all the stuff with mustard. so order came I open my bun and there is ketchup, lettuce tomatoes and pickles along with fries, and my hubbys order was wrong also they put ketchup only with no tomatoes or lettuce or pickles. So sent it all back! The food is good but the service behind the counter has an issue. I love the place we have been there several times in the past no problem but the past two times there have been issues. So it will be awhile before we return. This is the one on...

I ordered a burger and the lady on the intercom asked if I wanted erverything on it. I asked her for no tomato and no mustard.

I come home and realized I received a burger without a bun with the condiments on the side. And ofcourse, there was tomato eventhough she repeated herself twice to me. Why would you ask if I want everything on the burger if I dont even get a bun?

Also, it would be nice if they didnt shout in the background so you can actually hear the person speaking through the intercom.

The burger tested like a mcdouble that was chopped in pieces and smashed back together with tons of grease on top of it to probably hold everything together.

Also, my drinks were overfilled and spilled everywhere in my car and that is from a 5 minute drive.

Then I got more disappointed when the fries litterally tasted like fry oil that hasnt been changed for a year and on top of that, all fries were soggy as can be. You could literally hold the fry and it would bend all the way down and even started to fall apart. Also, brown fries? Have they been laying out for a while instead of kept cold?
