Horrible experience!!Seems like a bunch of unprofessional people serving pizza....first of all dirty place with dirty carpet, untidy setting...our order was taken by a least interested person at the desk, trying to barely complete her shift...she didn't inform us our order would take certain time, just wrote it down on the order ticket...so v had no clue...after 30 min, with hungry kids, I request the status of my order and the lady says 8 more min. Meanwhile I see frustrated employees trying to cope up with the order, 2 slices of pizzas getting dropped on floor, a frustrated customer next to me who ordered 2 pizzas and they were not out either...amd finally when he got it, they were not correctly made...after my request at 30 min, they were scrambling to find my order ticket. It's 40 min and my pizza was not even in the oven..after me getting frustrated and kids getting cranky of this wait, I raise my voice to ask if my pizza was even in the oven and the older gentleman in the kitchen says don't raise ur voice as 10 min more (on a 30 min wait) on a pizza is NOT A big deal....seriously guys??and then he gets mad along with a lady who was finding my ticket, who asked me for what side with my salad that I had ordered with my pizzas, serves me a ranch with a live BUG moving on it...and SHE even does not realize it and asks ME, where did it come from???(as if i INVENTED IT)...then the guys (inside the kitchen) are frustrated as they could not cope up with their orders and toss my pizza out, 3/4 baked, did not add the red sauce that we had requested...totally disappointed and I told them I am not going to recommend u guys to anyone and those shameless employee said that's fine...instead of apologizing for the delay, and making things right, they did my care for customers...they were concerned with the money they made of the customers...we were visiting from the south and didn't like this place in conway, NH...please avoid this place guys...bunch of inexperienced folks trying to create the BEST PIZZA NORTH OF BRONX...yeah right..... My wife and I had brought my son to our annual Story Land trip and decided to order delivery on recommendation from the hotel since it was getting late and didn't want to go to a restaurant with an over tired toddler. We called up and put in an order for a large cheese, chicken fingers and fries, nothing crazy. We were told 1 hour for delivery, which was fine for my wife and I but because it was getting late and wanted our son to eat sooner than later we decided to go to the hotel restaurant and get out son a kid’s meal. That was the best decision we had made that night because after and hour and a half no delivery so I call back the restaurant and was told they are sorry they are really busy but the driver should be there any min. After I got off the phone with Elvio's I decided to wait in the lobby for them, and wait for them.... Finally, one hour and fifty-seven (1hr 57mins) after I called in for a delivery we received our food. I take the food up to our room, and take it out and what do we get, cold soggy pizza, cold soggy french fries and cold dried chicken fingers. Are you serious, after waiting that long I get cold crappy food, and never once did I get a sorry were really behind phone call.... what horrible customer service.... If I knew the wait was going to be that long and my food was going to be cold, I would have saved my self the $30 and just went to the hotel restaurant like I should of in the...
Read moreThis is the first review of anything on any site I’ve ever written. I don’t know how the food is, because we never got too have any. But whatever staff was working on Saturday 1/5 around 6pm is childish, unprofessional, rude, and probably costing this business money. We are in Conway on a family weekend getaway. We didn’t want to have to leave the house, so we were really excited when we found this place online that says they deliver to Conway, Jackson, Bartlett, and just about everywhere in between. I called and asked to place an order for delivery. I ordered 9 items. The young lady who took my order efficiently took down everything I asked for, even the complicated parts. When I started to give my address, (I got to saying 1-5-3) she said hold on I can’t hear you we have a bad connection. I had full bars, and she heard my full order fine. I moved 3 times, she said the same thing. She then yelled without putting me on mute can someone get this lady’s address I’m bad with addresses. Another young lady gets on the phone, I give her the address. She says and where exactly is that. I say Conway (which I had already said). She says hold on, asks some gentleman if they deliver to us. Nobody knows where we are. She says what are you by. I told her we’re on vacation not from the area. “We don’t know where you are we’re just trying to figure it out if we deliver there. We don’t deliver past the village”. I ask what village, I will google to see if that’s where we are (can they not do that? Do they not have gps?). She puts me on hold for 3 min, then hangs up on me.
