We sat in the parking lot and ordered through the app. There were two cars that pulled in so we made the circle and pulled up to the drive thru. Before we could say anything the girl said, "We're closed." I said, 'We ordered through the app." She responded with, "l know. Pull to the second window and I'll show you how to cancel it." I told her we didn't want to cancel it, we wanted our order that said Order Confirmed and preparing your meal. We watched the two vehicles that we let go ahead of us get their food and when we got to the window we were totally ignored for about 5-10 minutes. She finally sent a person mopping the floor to the window. We explained that we had ordered through the app before those last two vehicles so why couldn't we get our order. He said hold on and went to her and she came to the window and said can I see your order. I handed her my phone to see the order and she proceeded to take my phone out of my sight even though I was telling her to bring my phone back. Finally I asked the other employee where my phone was and he said she was making my order. He walked out of sight and came back with my phone, cash, and receipt and handed it to me saying she refunded our money. We paid with a card so the money should have gone back on the bank card. We asked if they could at least transfer the order to the other McDonald's and were ignored. This manager only said the words, " Can I see your order?" to us and then made the poor guy mopping the floor, who was obviously a cook, deal with us. Our order was placed and confirmed at 10:51 pm and went through the drive thru at 10:53 pm. We went to the other McDonald's and waited in line for 20 minutes because they were busy and thanks to the " lovely" manager at the other McDonald's we couldn't use the app because it was still processing the order from the first McDonald's. I am livid! We don't live in town so we wasted gas and ended up in Conway for two hours instead of 10-15 minutes. This was totally unacceptable. Do better McDonald's...
Read moreI love McDonald's. Perhaps a little too much. But I live in another city and in the river valley, our McDonald's have great service. In Conway? Not so much. I sat at the window and explained my order EXTREMELY carefully. Making sure she could hear each word. Then, after struggling to get her to get the first part of my order right, it got to the last part of my order, the drink. I told her dr.pepper. She added a diet coke to my order and just when I was about to nicely and calmly correct her bc it's really no big deal and I know these jobs are hard...I then watched as she added a completely different meal and I quietly waited for her to work out whatever technical issue I was sure must have been plaguing her bc I said nothing that would've provoked adding another meal to my order. AND THEN she adds about 4 more meals until my order equals over $45. And then she finally clears everything and I say "you there?"....silence.."um hey are you still here"....silence...(and I'm a very shy person so this was pretty hard for me tbh)..."hey I need to finish my order"....silence. It took about 6 minutes before finally someone new said "welcome to McDonald's" I told her I already ordered but something weird happened (I told her the story I tell you now) and then she asks for my order I give it and it is not displayed on the lane screen I'm in but the other lane. And then the car in that lane see the order complete screen and must've not been paying attention bc they then roll up to the window and get ahead of me. Long story short, I finally get my order and it's good at least but one of my burgers did have mustard (which I told them to take off and they did on 1 burger but for some reason didn't on the other) but at that point I was so hungry and late to meet my friend that I just stuffed my face...
Read moreHorrible!! The staff is unprofessional at all times. Went tonight and got raw nuggets. I called the manager said I could get my order made again or get a refund the next time I was in. I was so sick to my stomach because I had mushy nuggets in my mouth and the thought of my kids eating them I wanted none of my food so I took the Nuggets and headed to the store. I get there and the manager says did you want your order remade or your refund? I said my refund. He said just your nuggets or everything? I said everything. He said well do you have your food and I said I have the nuggets. So he tells me he can only give me the refund for the food I have and told me that the nuggets are raw because the grease was old. I said you mean to tell me that not only do you acknowledge my nuggets are rae but you tell me your grease is old too?? Then he says well its reached its life expectancy. . 😦😕😑. By now I'm heated because he's telling me to come in tomorrow and remind you its 1 am and I've already drove back up there because my nuggets are raw and he tell me to come get my refund and just to get there fir a argument and for him to tell me the grease is old. I will never ever eat there again. This time really drew the line for me. I'll be dammed if I have to miss work from food poisoning and these idiots are knowingly cooking and serving raw food and then have poor customer service.
