I have been going to Milanās for quite some time now. Here is my honest review. For the food, most of it is pretty good. The freshness of the food depends on what time you get there. Sometimes itās really fresh. And then sometimes itās like itās been set out for a few hours. I find personally that they add far too much sugar for their sauces on things like sesame chicken/orange chicken, and other things of the sort. If I were to recommend three items, it would be the chicken on a stick, crab rangoon, and their green beans. Most everything has good flavor. Itās just the all the sugar that just makes it really easy to get tired of it fast. For the service, all of the hosts and hostesses seem fairly nice, however the people that bring out the fresh food donāt even acknowledge you, speak to you, or even look in your general direction. Most everybody though just seems like they donāt want to be there. For the interior and atmosphere, I like it. Seems just like your typical Asian buffet. I like how the tables are set up. Thereās usually some sort of Asian music playing. Not much else to say For value for money, this is also where I get choked up. A buffet and beverage for one is about $18 or $19. The prices have gone up very quickly. It used to be almost $14. I donāt think itās a good value for your money. Especially (how I mentioned earlier) since you get really tired of their food really fast. Itās all the sugar making you feel so full quickly, making you not eat a lot of food, but pay a lot of money. Overall, I do like this restaurant, I just think that there is room for improvement. I will...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place is amazing and very very clean! There were at least 13 people including me waiting for the doors to open. That got me excited! Well what do you know? Was I surprised? YES! This place looks awesome inside! Very clean, temperature was cool, decor was very well done! The bathrooms were not clear where they were but I found them and quickly took a look. They were okay, I thought they would be as fancy as the dining hall but they were very clean, and thats all that matters. They have all my favorite dishes of shrimp! In salad, breaded, baked, coconut, sushi! Say mo more! They were all good! I had a small dessert because I had filled up with shrimp and lo mein noodles. The staff was very friendly and attentive; very contagious. I love places like this.
Improvements: well the outside does not look as awesome as inside. It looks a bit like any other buffet. In fact I almost changed my mind and went to the Mexican joint but the only thing that stopped me was the amount of people waiting outside and also that I was craving it.
I want to thank Jerry for his kindness and attention....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI read the reviews before I went, the good and the bad. To say I was pleasantly surprised by my visit would be an understatement. There is a HUGE variety of dishes to choose from. Even the pickiest person will find something they enjoy. And I definitely enjoyed the food I chose. But.......that's not even the best part!!!!! I was amazed by the hospitality!!!!! The hostess that seated me was very friendly, though I didn't catch her name. A young man helped me with something I needed prior to seeing my waitress, and he did so with a smile on his face. He was so pleasant! Every time I saw him, he just made you smile. My waitress was Crystal....and she was very attentive and provided exactly the level of service I needed. I had let her know in advance that I would be there longer than most people as I had a project I needed to work on. The staff never made me feel rushed or in their way. Crystal was wonderful with the level of service she gives, and she was so pleasant and welcoming to every table I saw her speak to. What a...
