The service is was shockingly HORRIBLE their manager VICTORIA was some how able to correctly take the information to charge my card for my order..., yet did not correctly enter my Address or Phone number. After a TWO AND A HALF HOUR WAIT (trying to be patient and considering that they may be very busy) for a delivery that was estimated at 45 minutes, my daughter called and found out that VICTORIA did not correctly enter the delivery information. When I called them back to get a better understanding, I asked to speak the manager, the young man handed the phone to Victoria. I asked her her name she rudely told me the manager. I told her my concern. She snapped at me saying “well that order had to get cancelled “. I asked her what her company planned on doing about the error. She kept saying that I keep calling the number and no one answered so the order got canceled. I asked how Marco’s planned to make it right by my daughter. Her reply was “we already canceled the order”. I asked what the plan was to rectify the fact that they entered the wrong information and did not deliver as expected. Her reply was “ we already canceled that order and we ain’t planning to do nothing else”. I attempted to explain how GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE goes a long way and that POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE goes even further...she kept interrupting me each time, then RUDELY snaps “I have a Mama and Daddy to give me advice, I surely don’t need yours”.
We ordered from Pap Johns and it arrived hot n fresh within 30minutes
Customer service is the key to repeat business. I hope to present a much more positive update after contacting the owners...
Read morei just wanted to say they service is trash . no seriously every time i’m come to carry out my pizza i’m waiting an additional 20-30 min with literally no communication most times. like right now im literally standing at the counter been here for like 5 minutes, there is no other customers. 2 employees and they both ignoring me . just rude . just terrible service yall idk what else to say. is it that hard to hand someone they pizza, or why work a job you don’t wanna be at. even if you don’t wanna be there make the most out of your situation. instead you rain on my parade of a day with yucky attitudes and again TERRIBLE service. somebody tell Tay Glipse the general manager to wipe the whole crew out and start over bc this during the week on the weekends. i order at many different times and it never fails. same service . make me just wanna get papa john’s 😂

Read moreI placed an order online and received a confirmation number at the Conyers location. The order was suppose to be ready between 10 to 30 minutes. I came to the location looking for the pizza after 40 minutes. Money was already taken out of my account for the purchase. The manager said I probably went to the wrong location. I showed her the receipt for this location. She just plainly stated that she didn't receive the order and left it at that. She didn't even give me an option on how to resolve my problem. She didn't even say I'm sorry about the situation. Her customer service is horrible! I had the people from Yelp to call the location to place the order. Of course, the manager said she would not be able to make the order because she was out of an item. I wonder if she was being honest about not being able to make the pizza. I am willing to bet she wasn't being sincere. This location could care less...
