The female management team is so ghetto and belittling! Im not even employed there and I can tell who their favorite male crew members are aka screwing. The store manager himself is included. They talk to their crew members like children. Some of the things I have heard, I wonder why any of the crew hasn't filed a lawsuit! I started out this way because thats the first thing noticed. Also I felt so bad for the couple of crew members that were actually doing their jobs instead of standing around laughing, talking, and just looking as if they weren't even employed there. Now for the food...they serve Pigeon sized, old textured and flavored Chicken, most of the time it's the drumsticks. I ordered red beans and rice- the rice was undercooked. The cajun rice seemed overcooked or could have just been old. Management has the nerve to get mad at you because its necessary to bring it back! I even heard one of the female managers, usually the same one with the same bad attitude, call a drive-thru customer a b!tch for doing the same. Everytime I asked for Jambalaya, they tell me "we don't have any." "The person that makes it isnt here." So I'm asking with everyone employed, only one person knows how to make it? If they get rid of the entire management team maybe this place would have a chance. At this point I dont care how many speicals they have it isn't worth me stopping. Read moreThe food was great but the workers at the front was a diff situation you could tell by the look they did not want to be working..... This place is usually busy and requires up to beat working which im sure they know. After I placed my order 3 meals were missing the sauces that came with the meal. And 1 meal did not have any utensils which had sides with it. I went back up to the counter kindly waited for the previous people to order. Stepped up the first girl just looked at me then turned her back the 2nd girl just stood there at the register as if she didnt see me so I spoke told her what i needed and wow i received the biggest eye roll ever then she just plopped my stuff on the counter and walked away! As if it was my fault things werent intact. I had no choice because they dont leave utensils out. Either way we decided to stay and eat in. It only got worst they were so loud! A few were eating lunch i guess and screaming across the restaurant to talk to the other employees about social media instagram Facebook personal things phones all out and even cursing and my youngest is 5! I don't see myself dinning in at this location again it was already bad enough so many people from the drive thru was coming in with incorrect orders and they had attitudes about that maybe if they focus on work and chill down on them attitudes those mistakes wouldnt happen customers dont deserve that...

Consistently out of menu items, can’t keep up with demand resulting in 30-60 minute wait times for chicken, rude employees, disgustingly unclean dining area and a manager who apparently doesn’t enjoy her work. During our 35 minute wait for our order we saw multiple customers ask for refunds. They were out of all dipping sauces but didn’t tell customers until they got their order. The cashier was so lazy she couldn’t take three steps to her right to get the receipt and hand it to me…”your receipt is over there” she muttered. She was just plain rude and she is the face of Popeyes. I could you led go on but I’d recommend driving on to another restaurant, KFC is just down the road. I used to “love that chicken from Popeyes” but not from this store.
It would be five stars for a fast food chicken restaurant but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. This seems to be a problem with this location, the dining room is constantly dirty, the tables are dirty and the floor needs to be swept. I watched as a customer asked for a table to be cleaned off and the employee clean only that table and went back to the cash register. It’s not as if there were people waiting in line and they were crowded. This is a serious problem for management and the franchisee.
