We have been looking forward to Ziggis opening for the last couple of months and they are FINALLY HERE! We went the first day to try them out... and we were back the next day. The variety of dirty sodas is great and they are AMAZING. The coffee is tasty as well and they give you abilities to sub out flavors and customize and give GREAT feedback on what would be good. The STAFF is great and friendly and knowledgeable. The customer service is better than any I've gotten from a coffee shop and my 2 year old yells "HI!!" every time we go through the drive in. Also, get the chocolate chip pumpkin bread and thank me later.

We will be back! My in laws live in Covington and said they will be regulars lol. Also awesome they have sugar free options for diabetics and people who have to watch sugar intake. Thank you Ziggi’s! Amazing experience.

This place is amazing!!! The owner ravik (I hope I spelled that right) is phenomenal! I sat outside with my in laws and he came to give us stickers, check in on us and overall was the nicest guy. Excellent service, great atmosphere. I ordered the pumpkin pie latte, but it didn't really taste like pumpkin and wasn't that sweet. They were very eager to hear my feedback and improve, so I decided to give five stars.

I am vegan and have harsh dietary restrictions, and they accommodated them perfectly. The owner/manager was very friendly, and even though my order was taking "long," he reassured me that they were working on it and it came out great!
