Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Coon Rapids

Best take out food I've had in a long time. The chicken tastes like it was made at home in your kitchen, the fries are good, if you like coleslaw that's great as well. For me one of the best things is the garlic bread made on i believe Texas toast its so good I have to order an extra piece for myself. The canes sauce is a hit or miss with my family either they love it or the hate it personally I like it on my chicken, fries and even my bread at times it has a unique taste to it and with me at least it kinda grew on me the more I ate there from not liking it to using mine and my kids when they don't want it so I'd say I like it quite a bit as do most people ive asked about it. If I was to recommend one food place I've ate at this year it would definantly be Canes last week I even managed to eat there twice. Its a little more expensive than some places but you can get a meal with I believe it was 3 or 4 chicken strips for under 10$ which isn't that bad for good quality tastes like homemade food. I hope if you eat there you enjoy it as much as I do. I attempted to go inside and sit down to enjoy a meal with my family. Other members of our group said they had been inside this store eating the week before, but when we arrived the doors were locked and the drive-thru line was out of control. We subsequently left without any food. It's been over 2 years since having these delicious chicken fingers. All because you can't figure out how to unlock doors & let people enjoy sitting down to eat their dinner. This has severely changed my mind about attempting to go to your establishment in the future, seeing as you refuse to allow people to dine in. I'm quite frankly done with the after effects of the bygone covid year of "being shutdown for everyone's safety" figure out how to get back to the way things were in the past, before covid. I'm not interested in attempting to feed my 1 & 3 year old children in their car seats making a mess in the car. Second time trying this place. I feel like the phrase "Do one thing, and do it really well" is lost on this chain. They instead "Do one thing and do it aggressively average." The breading isn't bad, but, it's not GREAT either. It's just "good" (enough). The sauce, your ONLY, option is good, but not great. The fries were very average. However, the chicken was very tender and juicy, and I appreciate that. I'd like to see them improve on the crispness of the breading, and offer more sauce or spice options. The Texas toast was actually pleasantly enjoyable - something many other places never achieve. The staff was pleasant, and I got my order quickly.
