Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Coos Bay

Frankly, I am giving a 5 star review because the service was unexpectedly competent, welcoming, and extremely friendly. I was in the drive thru line for Dutch Bros at 5:40 am (March 11th) to satisfy a serious need for coffee for myself and partner before hitting the road to our next destination. I was half asleep, and when it was my turn to order, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Also, the order window was well lit. I ordered our coffee, and I was asked for payment/tip right after ordering. However, as I waited, we chatted and they made my order very quickly, so I began to wish that I had tipped even more via credit card. Luckily, I looked around my vehicle, and I had lots of spare quarters and change, so I added all that I had to their tip jar to augment the tip. I love Dutch especially redbul drink but one day I went with my bestfriend and she had medium lemonade and I got medium redbull , I give the money to the guy and it was 100 dollars and what I don’t understand is how my change is 81 dollars from 2 medium drinks , how is a two medium drink total about 2 dollars , is one of the drinks expensive as far I know medium is 5 dollars so did the cashier payed me wrong or the drinks are expensive and I’m not suprise with that I just don’t get it how it’s about 20 dollars for 2...

This dutch is fairly consistent with the drinks they make. I'm only giving 4 stars, however, due to the interactions I have with employees when they make mistakes. If you or your co-worker mess something up on the order, don't try playing it off or starting any he said-she said nonsense. & When a customer asks for light ice, don't fill a cup dang near full with ice, call it "light" & disagree with the customer about what...
