Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Coos Bay

Worst customer service ever from this woman who told me they don't have a scanner and walks away. I called her over and aske how can I use my points then? To be met with "you'll have to figure it out on the app. None of us know how to use the app." I said the other dairy queen has a scanner. She wants to stand there and argue with me about the other dairy queen having a scanner. (I know it does i worked there and had to use it.) I asked to speak to a manager twice. She finally goes to get one. The manager is super blah about it. She says "I'll just give you one." Even though at this point it would have been nice to just have someone explain to me how to use the points at this store. Out of curiosity I called the other Dairy Queen to confirm them having a scanner while standing out front being dog eyed by this red head and some teenage girl with bleach blonde hair and a pink strip. So while on the phone with other dairy queen I walk in and inform them that the other dairy queen has a scanner. To which the red head starts yelling at me to get out of here. I tried to get her picture because no one wears a name tag. Then she went and hid in the corner. And then she starts shouting at me through the drive through window to not come back. Dairy queen always good, but the one here in coos bay had very rude and snotty person who said she was the manager last year who refuse me service because I had bought blizzards and meals told her I did not want soft drinks new I still had to pay same price had no problem with it, just had no were to place the extra drinks in car. She was very young girl said I was being unreasonable said never to come back because they would not serve me refused to serve me and it was big order about $90+. I have been driving to Dairy queen in Charleston when I want it. just started going back to the one in coos bay some one told me she not work there anymore. If I see her I will stop going back because I dont do bad customer service. We used the app to order ice cream treats on Mother’s Day. We were in the parking lot while placing the order and by the time we made it inside and could grab the attention of the employees, the ice creams they gave us were completely melted into liquid. We ordered three blizzard and two pb parfaits. The blizzards were soft but edible so we took those to the kids in the car. The parfaits were literally completely liquified and when we asked them to remake them we were met with attitude and defiance. It was disappointing to be treated this way over ice cream.
