Yikes, I tried to buy a ticket there for the ticket horror picture show just now to see the show. A decrepit old lady standing outside said that I could not buy a ticket because I said I had a question. The door farthest to the right said "buy tickets inside" the ticket booth in the middle said "buy tickets here", the door farthest to the left said buy "tickets inside" and the old lady said she owned the place and I could not go in it's for ticket to holders ....I saw a table set up for ppl to buy tickets,then the drunk old lady who owned it said to the lady in booth that I didn't want a ticket. Sometimes they have fantastic talent contests here. Don't be shy, give it a try! I've seen great vintage films and even an amazing burlesque show that made new blush... Read moreI went and saw The Matrix at the Egyptian Theater with my wife for only $10 for 2 tickets! It was the 20th anniversary 4k remastered version. It's a single massive screen with floor and balcony seating, super cheap combos ( medium popcorn and 2 medium sodas for only $10)!! Extremely fun, knowledgeable and friendly volunteers best popcorn I've had at any theater. I was also informed that I could also get a membership which would get me free movie passes...
