Well, I guess there is a first for everything. My first disappointment. Didn’t think it could happen but it did. A packed night! Spent $20 for 3 items; ran out of waffles before 9p and only a dollop of hot fudge. I asked for more fudge and was told there would an up charge! Really??? The line was so long I wouldn’t dare stand around with melted ice cream to Pay More to get more. It wasn’t even a tablespoon of hot fudge… maybe a single teaspoon. At first I thought maybe it’s on the bottom. But the bottom was cold and sure enough, Nope! Very disappointed. Ugh!!! And I didn’t even mention the root beer float. Ugh flat soda with a dollop of custard. Just don’t! We should have just gone to pick up a container of blue bell. Every time before tonight, service has always been great and the toppings of perfect proportions. Hesitate to give this another chance!

I had a really disappointing experience at this Andy’s branch recently. I asked for extra hot fudge because the amount seemed less than what I usually get, and the person handling my order responded in a pretty rude way. He said, “That’s how we do it, and if you don’t like it, go to the other place you said gives you more fudge.” I get that not every request can be met, but there’s a way to say no respectfully, this wasn’t it. The attitude was totally unnecessary and left a bad taste, which is unfortunate because the fudge itself actually tasted good. Customer service really matters, and this experience just didn’t live up to what I expect from a place I’ve enjoyed before.

My partner and I have been eyeing this place for as long as I remember, and today we decided to stop by and try some frozen custard. Immediately we were (pleasantly) overwhelmed by the variety of toppings, options and flavors to choose from. Carter came out to take our order, but we weren’t quite ready so he gave us all the time we needed to figure out what treat we wanted. Carter was extremely personable, kind, and honestly had the best customer service skills I’ve encountered in a while! He 100% made our day and we were so happy with our rockochoco and strawberry oreo cookie shake!! Thank you to Carter and Andy’s for the great experience and tasty frozen custard :)

Amazing taste, if you have not tried frozen custard, and you like ice-cream, try it ! I decided to surprise my two teenage kids by driving them to Andy’s custard, I had tasted and loved the fresh yummy taste, the texture and divine flavor just a week ago with some friends last week. When I got there, I realized that I had left my wallet at home. Anoushka was so kind, and courteous, she listened to me, understood my situation. I went back to my car, got Apple Pay setup on my phone and went back to her. She explained that it’s not an acceptable mode of payment. There were at least 20 people at Andy’s at 9 pm. I’ve seen adults lose their temper, with long lines and waiting customers. Kudos to her, the whole team at Andy’s in Coppell, she went out of her way, made it work for us. We’ll be back again for more most definitely!!! The place is super clean, awesome variety, and unique flavors I’ve not seen at any other place. It’s her smile, her kindness, that really touched my heart. People like Anoushka make our world a...

Great creamy servings. Haven't had a wrong or bad order yet. It's my son's favorite ice cream place. It's on the way home from school so it's very convenient. Also, the way to order is different than most drive thru's. There is no speaker/ intercom at the big menu /sign. You'll need to memorize what you want or write it down... Then drive up to the window and tell them what you want to the kid/ person there. The line can easily wrap around the building but don't worry, it usually goes fast. I say usually because one time someone had a large order and didn't know what they wanted and thought there was another menu at the window to help them choose... And they also thought the intercom was not working. One last thing. I've only seen two ppl working there at a time, always - every time. I think that's why the line may get long especially when the walk-up window is also being used. They do...

Sorry for the one star but this needs your attention. Our family comes here at least twice a week and love your custard - when it’s right. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case the last several visits and everyone is asking me to write a review. 7/15/25 6:30p #1 The concretes are soupy when served. This used to happened every now and then but has been the case the last four visits. Something is wrong with your machines or ingredients. Please, please fix it! #2 In the past, when ordering a concrete, the “regular” amount of add-ins was pretty skimpy so my family started ordering “double” add-ins and I’d pay the extra. Now - the “double” add-in serving has been reduced about 50%. This is an obvious change and your product is suffering. Why write this? Because we love coming to Andy’s. But if your product is no longer special/quality and worth the $$, that makes it tough. Protect your...
