Starbucks is undoubtedly one of the most popular coffee chains in the world, and for good reason. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the menu offers a wide range of delicious drinks and snacks. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the service is typically fast and efficient.
However, there are a few areas this Starbucks could improve. The patio tables were dirty and unkempt, which can detract from the overall experience. It would be great to see more attention given to cleaning and maintaining these areas to ensure that customers can enjoy their drinks and snacks in a clean and comfortable environment.
Another area for improvement is the interior lighting. While the lighting is not necessarily bad, it could be better. Some of the stores are quite dimly lit, which can make it difficult to read or work on a laptop. Brighter and more even lighting would go a long way towards making the interior space more comfortable and functional.
Overall, despite these minor drawbacks, Starbucks remains a top choice for coffee lovers around the world. The quality of the drinks, the welcoming atmosphere, and the friendly staff make it a great place to relax, work, or socialize with friends and colleagues. With a little extra attention to the patio tables and interior lighting, it could be...
Read moreI am a daily customer of Starbucks. I usually go to the Grapevine or Flower Mound locations but was in the Coppell area for an early morning meeting. First sign this was going to be a problem was it didn't have a drive thru. When I got inside the line was long (this I expected), but it wasn't because of the customers it was because of the staff. They are extremely slow (and I cannot stress this enough); they were holding conversations with the customers (not related to their order); taking their time with the orders. I think maybe 2 people were handling call-ins and the lady at the register although nice but just too slow. The lady handling the walk-in orders was very, very slow. Then one of the staff members that was handling the call-ins finally came over to help the staff member that was preparing the walk-ins and she actually was 2 times faster. Also, there was a customer with a baby that sat her child on the counter where you get your condiments while she waited for her order. Just a little too much for early morning! If I could figure out how to give a negative...
Read moreI went in this morning when there were total 3-4 baristas in the shop and no 'in-person' customer in sight. Stood in front of cashier for waiting for them to acknowledge my presence.. They kept chatting amongst themselves and would neither greet me when I step inside or when I standing in front of cashier to place order..
During this time, after me, there was series of many customers who came in to pickup.. maybe they had mobile orders. As soon as they would step in the store, baristas would greet them with 'good morning', 'how are you doin' and all that. All the while, I am standing in front of them and they are not even wanting to acknowledge that I am here to place an order..
Usually I don't notice this but I am sad to say that maybe it has something to do with color. I am non-white and I noticed all baristas and all customers who came after me where white.
Manager - please tell me that it is not the case because if it is, you have much bigger problem than inefficient baristas and this will be reported in...
