Emily Cafe — Restaurant in Coral Gables

Honestly I have been ordering from Emily’s off and on for over a year and their phone service leaves a lot to be desired the lady that takes the orders is rude and rushes you off the phone. And god forbid you try and ask how much the total is. Today was the last time I will order from there and I will spread the word at work as well. The phone services was unforgivable she hangs up on me calls me back and then continues her rudeness I decided against my better judgment to continue the order my she said it would be 45 mins after 2 hrs and 10 mins it arrived cold and wrong. Food is not that bad if you enjoyed all of your meals cooked in a microwave. As far as service goes, there is none. Do not order delivery if you are hungry and want to get your food within an hour to an hour and a half. Have called several times and have waited hours for my breakfast to get here only to find out the order was never put in. Extremely disgusted in their customer service. I ordered a wrap sandwich and was delivered an untoasted bread sandwich. When I called regarding their error, they responded with a simple there's no wrap. So instead of callling back to inform a cutomer they're not getting what they want, they send what THEY want.
