It's a shame that such a reasonably priced property, run by a terrific staff, is managed by the absolute most petty and frugle management team. While the on-site management is exemplary, i had on going issues with my apartment, which had an awful termite infestation. The infestation was so awful, that i had to terminate my lease, legally, and leave the premises. That being said, out of respect for the on-site management team, which was always helpful, I hired a professional cleaning crew, to leave the apartment perfect for them. Sadly, the management team, that on-site has to answer to, has decided to keep my security deposit, even though the apartment was inhabitable.Not to mention they charged me the remainder of the lease termination fee, which was terminated by means that i had no control over. The management company of this property expects you to live in a termite infested apartment and had i known this? I would've left the apartment absolutely filthy. It's disrespectful to treat loyal tenants this way and I highly recommend that no one lives in any property that is managed by PMI Florida. They won't resolve your issues and they most certainly won't care about anything but collecting money. Absolutely despicable.Do...

I’ve been living here a few years now and the staff is amazing, whenever I’ve needed something it gets taken care of right away I don’t need to call on the daily. The building is well kept and clean. I’ve been living here for 4 years now. I do consider this place my home, my oasis, my place to disconnect. The community areas are kept clean. And most importantly, is Quiet 🤫 The pool is always impeccable. I give an A Plus for customer service.
