Gables Juice Bar & Muscle Pizza — Restaurant in Coral Gables

Very disappointed. I stopped here for lunch as I was passing through. Iam always looking for heslthy food options since I am always driving.

I was the only person in line with one couple already waiting for their order ahead of me. I ordered a veggie melt and shake for $17. I waited 20 minutes while many other people came in after me. At least 10 people got their orders before I got mine. Not sure how the kitchen decided the importance of orders, but they definitely mixed something up. Then when I politely asked someone to check when he was heading to the back, he completely ignored me like I wasn't even there.

The shake tasted fine, but the wrap is awful. Basically tastes like flavored lettuce and couldn'ttaste a single thing over the mountin of lettuce included. I will be throwing it away. If you can't offer a veggie option that is comparable in taste, don't...

This spot has me hooked. I find myself with a CB wrap or Jimmy Pizza at least three times every week. The quality of the food is consistently top-notch, not to mention, it's quick and easy on the wallet. Hard to believe all three can be possible but you should give them a try.

What sets this place apart is the way the staff goes above and beyond. They've got a remarkable knack for remembering their regulars' names and even their usual orders. It is a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step in... A true hidden treasure nestled in Gables. As a New Yorker, I've always been skeptical about finding anything that matches up to the food and service back home, but this place proved me wrong.

We had a couple of hours to kill in Coral Gables waiting around for paperwork to process, so we walked around looking for somewhere to relax. Most cafes are super trendy, but we don't like that atmosphere, so we kept walking around until we came across this tiny pizza joint. The walls are covered with album covers and other themes. Although we only had smoothie, the owner didn't mind us hanging out since it was after the lunch rush. My husband and Fernando, the owner, had an awesome conversation about music and concerts we've seen. 10/10...
