While the cookies are delicious, the service is horrible. I was in the Coral Springs store tonight to buy 2 dozen cookies for my employees. It was a little busy with 4 customers in there before me. The young man took my order and said it would be out shortly. Because my order was so large, they filled the 12 chocolate chip in a box. About 15 more customers came in after me. They started pulling cookies from my already filled box to fill customers who came in after me. After the seventh order that they pulled from my box to get the smaller orders out that came in after me, I finally spoke up. At this point it had been 35 minutes. One of your Employees (Nelson) who was not working came in about this time and placed an order. They pulled more cookies out of my box to fill his order and I was left to still wait. At this point I was pretty fed up. I asked for a full refund so I could just leave. They refused to refund and proceeded to tell me after they just pulled my snickers cookie out of my box and filled your employees order that it would be another 16 minutes because they were now out of snickers.
The employees need to be trained on customer service and how to not steal from a previous order to fulfill another order. Your manager offered a free 4 pack. But, they couldn't fill it because they didn't have enough cookies to even fulfill my original order.
After waiting this entire time. The key lime filling was sitting in the counter for well over 40 minutes and they continued to use it. Look at the picture, it was like soup.
I still want a full refund and expect someone from management to reach out. Especially since there is no way to reach Crumbl Corporate. The only option is to return to the store to deal with the same incompetence...
Get it...
Read moreUpdated review: Like I said previously, I go here OFTEN, too much actually… I have to update my review because my last visit has me completely appalled! The customer service there … absolutely TRASH! there were 3 people behind the counter (none actually making cookies, except placing them in boxes). Each wore gloves but FOR WHAT when your going to use the same gloves to take orders which required touching the register touch screen, CLEANING WITH CLEANING PRODUCTS AND DIRTY RAGS, and running orders outside which requires you to touch the door that EVERYBODY walks through. Not ONCE in all of these transactions did I see an employee change their gloves. Then directly after they would touch everyone’s cookies to get orders out. Customers started to build at which point the employee at the register stops taking orders to clean and make more orders w/out changing gloves… more cross contamination smh. Corporate & management need to fix this issue and make sure their employees are following proper food and service etiquette. Next time I’ll make sure to post videos and pictures and send them to food inspection services. This experience was completely disturbing not to mention during COVID! And don’t get me started on the fact that not ONE employee was wearing a face mask, despite on the front door it says that you need one to enter.
Get it together please!!
I have an addiction to this place. It’s quite sickening. I probably get a 4 cookie box weekly 😅 The “diet” struggle is REAL with this one lol… the cookies...
Read moreI wish I could give my experience zero stars. This is possibly the worst customer experience I’ve ever encountered. I placed my curbside order three hours in advance.
Once I got there, it took about 15 minutes for someone to come out and she said 2 out of the 4 cookies I ordered were sold out (which is understandable, it’s a busy store and popular flavors run the risk of selling out) and the worker also informed me that they were making icing for another cookie and that it would take 15 minutes to prepare (which again is fine, we didn’t mind especially making something fresh)
After at least 30 minutes and still waiting in the car, we decided to go inside and ask how much longer it was going to be. When we walked in, it was a mad house. No direction, no organization. You could tell everyone was becoming upset and people were starting to voice their issues including door dash workers.
Politely, I asked THREE different employees how much longer it would be, all of them looked at me and walked away. Finally, the same woman came to me and said it would be an additional 25 minutes, shrugged her shoulders and walked away. At this point I was dumbfounded and I just gave in, asking for a refund. Over an hour waisted for nothing. Sure, the cookies are decent. But I’m going to have a hard time justifying coming back after that experience. I highly doubt management is reading this, but I’m hoping this helps someone considering...
