McDonald's — Restaurant in Coral Springs

I have picked up food from here several times through their drive-thru, and unfortunately, they always seem to mess up our order in some way. But that alone wasn't what put me over the top to choose not to come back again, it was when I went inside to pick up food as a Dasher for a customer.

First off, I stood there at the pick-up section for at least 10 mins and the workers saw me but didn't acknowledge me the whole time, not even a "welcome."

Second, as I was waiting for someone to assist me, one of the cashiers was tending to a customer and I saw she was asking for the money, but the customer said he already gave it to her. She started looking around and finally found it in the garbage. She had thrown it away with some papers. The customer said "maybe you need a break", but the other employees just laughed and said, "she just got here". I thought that was a concern.

Then, I went to use the restroom while I was still waiting and there was absolutely no paper towels or toilet paper in there, so I had to go back out and just hold it.

When they finally acknowledged me and said my order was coming up, I noticed another employee with a brown McD bag that she was eating fries from, while talking to another employee making the burgers. She laughed about a convo and when she was finished eating with her bare hands, she went to place other drive-thru orders inside other bags to deliver to customers. (She didn't even wash her hands)

And finally, when the order was given to me, I asked if the 2 drinks were inside, (because the bag is sealed) and the response was a mumble as she put her hand up and she went to the soda station to get a soda. I thought it was for my order, but when she came back, she gave it to another customer and when she saw me still standing there, she said "the drinks are in the bag!" I'm sure there could've been a better way to talk to customers and to communicate respectfully, but this clearly was not it.

So, I am choosing to not go back to that location because I can clearly see why my previous orders were incorrect or missing items. Not to mention, I am also choosing not to pick-up orders for other customers from this location as I deliver food. That last visit just...

I will give all of the other McDonald's a good rating except the one on Seminole Pratt Whitney and orange Boulevard I have been there multiple times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt went inside tried to have them make it over they seem to not know the difference between fresh made food or the difference between sausage and bacon or the difference between a fresh plain cheeseburger are McDouble fresh or fresh french fries because no matter how I order it the cheese is always still frozen never melted it's like when I give it back to him to ask him for a fresh one I've even put an X in the bottom bread just to see if they would give me the whole fresh bread I always order McDoubles are double cheeseburgers plain with just cheese and as for fresh and somehow I still get stale buns or when I order a sausage egg and cheese bagel they tell me that they do not sell sausage egg and cheese Bagels or they do ring it up as a sausage egg and cheese bagel and give me a bacon egg and cheese bagel so what I recommend McDonald's on Seminole Pratt Whitney Road and orange Boulevard to anybody no not even their drinks can they make right they always seem to come out seltzer tasting and that's even no matter what kind of Beverage that comes out of the soda machines that I asked for or even if I go in and make them myself I've complained to managers and complained 2 no points end but it seems that whatever I complain about they don't care it seems that I have to rate it so people will know about it so I'm going to give it one star even though it does not...

IF YOU ARE READING THIS, CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE! If anything needed to be seen, that’s it. There is so much to even comment about the experience I just had at this location, I don’t even know where to begin. So the drive thru, has the slowest car turn around, I have ever seen at a McDonald’s, about 5-8mins per car (after the 4th car I started keeping track as the line was pretty long and still had several cars in front of me). When we finally reach the pick up window, I repeat my order to her to confirm, the lady hands me my food and drinks, I ask, “Are you sure everything is in here?”, She goes, “Definitely.” and shuts the window, no receipt. I drive all the way back home open the bag, and 2 of my sandwiches were literally just bread. I then try to call a couple times, no answer. I then drive all the way back, and while walking to the building meet someone who had the same exact issue. Get into the building, explain my issue to the cashier, she tells the manager, they start to remake my food, just the 2 sandwiches not even the entire order. 20 mins later I finally receive my food and drive all the way back home and have to reheat my other food. Hopefully someone just reads this and gets the staff some better training and management since the new remodel, but by no means we’re the staff disrespectful just severely untrained.
