Sarpino's Pizzeria Coral Springs — Restaurant in Coral Springs

I gave a one star ⭐️ only because I’m a fan of the restaurant, it’s better than Domino’s Papa John’s Pizza Hut. Twice I ordered and it went to the wrong address, the person or home it was delivered to called me and notified me that they are vegans if I would like to come and pick the pizza up from them, I told them no I reached out to the restaurant and I told them that you guys still delivered my PIZZA🍕🍝 to the wrong place and the home that it was delivered to. they are asking me to come get it or what I wanted to. I told him just throw it out because I didn’t know them although there home was across the fence or across next gate from the my community. I told him no when I called the restaurant I told him the situation they reassured me and they asked me if I wanted to go ahead and collect the pizza from the place that they wrongfully delivered told them no I would like my pizza to be delivered my home and throw the pizza out that was delivered at the wrong addressed I begged please throw it out. It was fine. My sister put me on the game with this type of pizza place. It was really good and I love the pizza twice that happened. I stopped ordering from them for a while since it’s Thanksgiving, 2023 I said I had enough of turkey collard greens and Mac and cheese it’s either Chinese or PIZZA🍕🍝. I disnt choose Chinese I’m so sorry I choose pizza when the pizza got here it was supposed to deliver at 5:27. The pizza didn’t get here till six something and it was so cold it wasn’t what I had ordered the last time with flavored and I normally ordered thin crust I don’t order thick crust thin crust is always the best way to go. Disappointed with the handling of an issue. Regrettably I bit into a piece of pizza and discovered 2 pieces of wire which I immediately called the store to inform them of the situation. The manager was polite and apologetic and requested that I text a photo, which I provided. She advised me that I would receive a refund for 1 of the 3 pizzas I ordered. The manager advised that the refund would take 3 to 4 days. Being that it was Saturday I understood it might take that many days for the refund to hit my account. I called the store on Friday to advise that the refund did not hit my account yet and requested a full refund for the 3 pizzas that were not consumed due to the wire I bit into one of the pizzas. I was to receive a call back letting me know the refund was processed on Friday! After not receiving a call I went to the store on Saturday and spoke with the manager who again is very nice and polite and requested a full refund after showing proof that the refund never was processed. I also showed her the wires from the pizza. She made a call and advised that I would receive a refund of $20. Not blaming her at all! I would be horrified as a business owner if that occurred and most certainly would have done the right thing by refunding the entire order of a repeat customer that has referred several...

This place is a joke.

Food was ordered through GrubHub and was just a hassle. Ordered a large calzone and some breadsticks, which is not a very complicated order, and the food took over 2 hours to get to me. The restaurant is no more than a 20 minute drive from me, for reference, and all I was told when calling the restaurant was that the order was on the way. Lie after lie from the staff.

The last time I had called was to receive my refund that a GrubHub rep had told me to call them for, after a lengthy call to HQ, and the manager gave me nothing but sass and told me that he "knows how GrubHub works" after the rep told me that he had spoken to him. So, once again, I was disrespected and had to call GrubHub again. Made it clear to them that this manager wants to lie and gives nothing but problems and got my refund after that.

In short, don't order from this place. The food is of average quality and I wouldn't mind eating here again. It was on the greasy side, but it's cheap 'fast' food. However, the staff will lie to your face, disrespect you, and show up hours after your order. I cannot recommend purchasing anything from here until there is a change in leadership and overall practices. There are much better places to order from with prices that are comparable or even...
