Wendy's — Restaurant in Coral Springs

Im absolutely appalled by the lack of compassion and basic decency shown by this Wendys location. My pregnant wife, who is in her third trimester, was in desperate need of a restroom while experiencing severe discomfort. Despite the fact that the staff was still serving takeout orders, they refused to let her use their restroom, citing that the dining area was closed.

Even after explaining her situation and begging for help, the staff refused to open the restroom because they were “cleaning the front.” As a result, my wife, a pregnant woman in pain, was forced to endure the humiliation of wetting herself because of their lack of empathy and basic human kindness.

This is not just bad customer service,this is inhumane. I understand policies, but there are times when exceptions need to be made, especially for a pregnant woman in clear distress. This experience was not only humiliating but...

EDIT: I think this Wendy’s is under new management or something because their customer service SUCKS now. When we walked in, the manager on duty was talking at this woman very loud and at first I didn’t know what was going on so we ordered our food. After getting no receipt, we got our food and my sister noticed they gave her a small frosty instead of a medium so she went up to ask for the medium and the manager just looked at the screen in front of her and told her she was wrong without showing her. And it’s harder to prove otherwise unless you have a receipt. We went to check her and her husband’s bank accounts since they ordered the same thing and they somehow charged her MORE for less.

The lone star is not credited but only to get you alls attention that a manager whom says her name was Tiffany but there was no name tag visable for coustomers to read ..I requested to her to allow someone else to handle my order due to my fear of her hair getting into my food.Her hair was filthy to look at in which was not covered by hair net or etc.Tiffany simply denied my request and in turn stated to me that she had a long night and that i was being disrespectful. and that she didnt have to serve me..lol thanks! i love me some me to much to gamble my health on a non american who despises American citizens and its laws.Did someone explain to this alien that she was in mon compliance to begin with..view camera...cooperate...Helloooooooo.get...
