This Casey’s has everything you need and generally a fine place to visit. But the truth is the employees are often times sitting in the office while customers are waiting at the counter and as a frequent customer this ongoing issue has become very annoying. There’s no reason i should be greeted by an employee upon entering just for them to go into the office and I end up having to wait for them at the counter until they decide to come out. Also, This may seem petty but it’s not uncommon for employees to do what feels like purposefully switch registers from the one the customer has all of their stuff laid out in front of already. I had $5 in Casey’s cash that I wanted to use. I redeemed it on the app and everything. They were unsure of how to redeem it on their end and I wasn’t at all bothered by that. I recognized that this location opened up so fast, hardly giving any time for the workers to adapt and learn all the new functions.

The store closes at 10 and multiple people were trying to enter the store for more business.
