I love this place - the food and drinks are rarely, if ever, made poorly, and I typically get my order very quickly (I always place a mobile order). But I have been waiting now 25+ minutes for two little wake-up wraps that should take a total of 2 minutes to make, and I'm not alone. I wouldn't even bother leaving a negative review because it totally happens that things fall behind.
However, I am mainly leaving this negative review because of one of the worst and most hostile employees I've ever encountered. I haven't personally interacted with her (a girl with brown hair, blond highlights), but she has responded to other customers on several occasions with the most inexplicable rude and dismissive tone to very basic and normal questions/requests. I have even seen her essentially run a customer out of the store because she refused to take 2 seconds to respond to a very basic question (do they take cash at the register).
I am not a vindictive person by any means and don't think that customer service at a fast food coffee place needs to be the same as a five-star restaurant. But every other employee interaction I've had has been wonderful, and this kind of behavior isn't even acceptable in day to day life. Kind of makes me want to go somewhere else out...

Edit to past review. Went to get my usual drinks. Used to get a coconut refresher for my child. They recently got rid of coconut milk so they've been using oat milk. Never had a problem. The workers have done this in the past when they were out of coconut milk. Today the manager refused to use it and instead offered green tea.i don't give my child caffeine. The manager instead offered water. Water. And I'm sure I would've had to pay full price. It's not even so much the drink being the problem as the overall attitude of this manager. Very condescending and an overall bad attitude. Wouldn't let me get a word in talking over me the entire time. As a very loyal customer that comes multiple times a week. My order was correct on the screen and when I pulled up to the window, she mumbled “something something cold brew”. I kindly said yep and paid. She hands me a drink that is not mine and I state that, and that I saw my drink right next to that one, it was ready. She then proceeds to ask with an attitude why I would say yes to the cold brew (which I learned was a cookie butter cold brew), if I actually had another cold brew (a plain cold brew, not difficult to make). I let her know I only heard her saw cold brew so that is why I said yes.
