I'm giving this a 5 star only due to the gentleman manager that came and helped me out. The cashier was very unprofessional and was talking so loud I could hear her saying your making pizza wrong what are you doing. I heard what sounded like a argument while I was sitting waiting for my order. I seen the cashier walk out and a gentleman appeared a few moments later after my boyfriend flagged him down. The cashier was no where to be found. He came up front and asked how he can help. I asked for refund and the cashier told me she couldn't do it and walked out. He asked the employees where was the cashier . I told him she walked right out the front door after I asked for refund. The gentleman took care of my refund and offered to still give me the pizza and apologized for the Service. He than apologized and to the crowd of people the cashier ignored and asked if anyone would Like a refund and apologized for mixed up and wait. His professionalism helped calm down a crazy situation. I felt it needed to be acknowledged. If not for him I would never come back and would never recommend this place. I was very upset when I talked to him and he calmed me down and my boyfriend and we left with a smile and our right order plus refund. Great customer service!!! I will be a regular as long as...

I donāt usually leave reviews, but my experience at Mr. Gattiās Pizza was so bad I felt like people should be warned. From the moment I walked in, the staff was completely unprofessional. I had placed an order ahead of time, yet I still waited well over 30 minutes past the promised timeāwith no apology, no explanation, and plenty of attitude when I asked for an update.
When I finally got the pizza, it tasted like something pulled out of a freezer and microwaved. Soggy crust, bland sauce, and cheese that barely meltedāabsolutely nothing fresh about it. Iāve had better pizza from gas stations.
To make things worse, the manager at the counter was incredibly rude. I turned around for a moment to grab a drink, and when I looked backāhe was picking his nose, right there behind the counter. I was absolutely disgusted. No gloves, no shame, just nasty. That was the final straw.
I donāt know how this place is still in business with the way itās run. Between the nasty attitude, poor hygiene, frozen-tasting food, and total lack of customer service, I can say with complete confidenceāI will NEVER be back, and I wouldnāt recommend Mr. Gattiās to anyone.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was in the mood for pizza tonight and started at my local Albertsons, only to find no frozen chicken pizzas - everything had sausage or pepperoni, which is a real issue for me as a Jew. I crossed the street to Walmart, hoping for better luck, but it was the same story. Frustrated, I was about to leave when I noticed a new pizzeria, Gattiās, right at the entrance/exit of Walmart. I had never heard of them before and was skeptical, but figured if I wanted a fresh chicken pizza, this was my shot.
I ordered an x-large pizza with buffalo chicken and mushrooms, and to my surprise - mamma mia! This was the best pizza Iāve had in a long time. Every bite was a burst of flavor: fresh cheese, masterfully seasoned sauce, and a perfect crust. The pizza was huge and ideal for our family of three adults. The staff made it exactly how I wanted, and I was genuinely delighted.
Donāt pass this place up - skip the frozen pizzas and give Gattiās a try. You wonāt regret it. I know...
