Great food and staff. They all have nice personalities. On another note regarding Michael Warren and others who seem to be nothing more than winey little babies. Only one who is incompetent themselves could recognize those traits in others. I have been in there to see more than enough adults come through acting like toddlers. It blows my mine. You than jump to social media displaying your childish and cowardly behavior as if those workers are going to see your negative post and say uh ohhhh, Michael Warren has spoke he called us incompetent and we got to get a new job. Please get a fricking life and how old are you? You are complaining about a dozen donuts that from your pic you clearly shouldn't be eating any donuts not even one or a nibble. Not too mention your bandana in that pic looks like it is choking your head. You suffer from headaches lately Mr. Warren, a little more angry than the usual? You have options. If you don't like the coffee fix it at home. If you don't like the donuts buy from somewhere else. No one cares about you and all the other little winey you know what I really want to say complaining about food and coffee. Some of those staffers probably live better than you. Can you afford Starbucks because that too is your other option or does too many snobby or corporate people go there for you. Stop complaining and move on chipmunk. Now...
Read moreIt was about 1pm and they were sold out of chocolate Boston cream filled, and blueberry and coffee cake muffins (my 3 choices) and pink sprinkled donuts or any sprinkled donuts to take as a treat for my grandkids. There was no line and it took way too long to get my 1 powder donut and med 1 cream/1 sugar ice coffee. I live a overat Old Statesville Rd&Sam Furr road so I made an out of the way trip to go home without what I came for. Now for the rest of the story. I was raised in the restaurant business and spent 50+ of my 70yrs in upper mngt/spvr/owner capacity. I received no greeting/apologies/thankyou, nothing. How do people take their customers for granted and expect to keep good employees and expect to keep their doors open if they operate their business like this. There are so many places forced to closed their doors the last 3 yrs. WAKE UP AND BE THANKFUL FOR WHAT YOU HAVE AND EXPRESS...
Read moreHave had negative experiences with customer service and the product. Overall a not-so-good place to get a doughnut or satisfy a breakfast craving after 11am. Forget getting anything past 12pm. The word dry and stale are two adjectives t hf at come to mind. I won the lottery when I tried the DD in Denver, NC several days after it opened. Three strikes in a row. Went in around 5pm and purchased a powdered cream filled doughnut and a milk. Got home and expected to enjoy a sweet treat. I bit into the doughnut and it was dry as a bone. One sip of the milk and I spit it out. The milk, sour, expiration date was 3 days prior to the current date. And this was just several days after it opened. Went back about a month later to try a lunch menu. Not impressed. Have not been back since and will not...
